Very easy and convenient app for getting health insurance. I arranged medical insurance for myself and my daughter directly through the app and the whole process was clear and simple. Everything was straightforward and quick. The insurance was also accepted for our Cyprus residence permit application. Very happy with the experience.

Manager from this telegram account a really kind and helpful. He helped me to install an app, and choose the right option to buy. But unfortunately, for private reason, I decided to move without insurance, giving that it was needed to cover my permit in Cyprus, but I must go home at Israel really fast, so I’m sure I will go back in Cyprus, and get back to this manager, or One insurance itself.

I had a really good experience with One Insurance.
in 2025 I needed medical insurance for my wife and daughter for residence permit renewal and it turned out literally on the last day that our previous agent made a mistake and issued Plan B instead of Plan A. was a bit of a panic moment to be honest. I found One Insurance and managed to buy the correct policy in about 10 minutes, which honestly saved us a lot of stress and we still applied on time.
since then I kept using the app. this year I just did everything in advance through the app to avoid any surprises. Also used it a few times for travel insurance when going to UAE and Georgia, always worked well no issues.
I also tried to get car insurance for my wife through the app but couldn’t because she has less than 2 years of Cyprus driving license, so the system rejected it. but that’s actually pretty normal in Cyprus for less experienced drivers so can’t really complain.
overall apart from that small thing everything works great, app is fast simple and does what it should.
