Item marked as available are sold out.

Oneminers (Circlehash LLC) could be a good platform for remotely renting miners (although, looking at the reviews here, it doesn't seem like there are any problems with that either), but purchasing miners is akin to organized fraud.
I purchased a Bitmain Antminer S19K Pro 110TH/s as my first miner, to get the hang of it and potentially buy more, obviously more powerful ones, in the future. The fact is, I placed the order on July 4, 2026, and on July 7, I received a call informing me that the 110TH/s (paid $297 + $145 shipping, so €402, sent via bank transfer) I had ordered was out of stock. So, they asked me to purchase the 120TH/s version, paying an additional €150, or alternatively receive a refund. And of course I asked for a refund, since a €150 variance is high considering the miner's productivity margin.
The next day, I received an email with an invoice requesting a $145 PAYMENT with the reason "Shipping fees." However, I had already paid shipping at the time of purchase and was waiting for a refund.
I asked for clarification by replying to the email, but didn't receive a response for a week. Only a week later did I receive another call, giving me some clarification.
The problem?
Apparently, if I want a refund, they'll keep 15% of the order value. They marked this item as available, not out of stock.
What makes me think it's an organized scam?
The fact that since I placed the order, up to today (13 days ago), the Antminer S19K Pro 110TH/s has never been marked as unavailable/sold out.
So if someone decides to buy it, they'll be stuck with a 15% charge on the order value in case of cancellation.
So right now I'm getting an email demanding $145 in "shipping fees" when I should be getting a refund that's NOT EVEN FULL, but less than 15%. Horrible experience, and they'll be making a profit either way.

Great Experience, competitive hosting fees

I have been with oneminers for about a month now, and gradually adding machines. I wanted to give it a bit of time before leaving a review, and so here we go. I run a small business and so long term strategic positioning in Bitcoin mining, and therefore operating costs need to be as low as possible. Other hosts have overpriced machines and ridiculous hosting costs of 8c or more and sometimes even rack fees. Oneminers are truly competitive and professional. I also had a call with petr to discuss my strategy and he was honest and pragmatic about which machines to go for and did not steer me towards machines purely on a sales basis. I am diversified acrosss 3 different hosting companies, but I have been very impressed so far with OneMiners...

The Good:
- Very competitive hosting rates (especially Africa)
- Quick deployment as promised
- Responsive and helpful customer support
- Well priced machines compared to the market

To Improve:
- Would be good to have a resale option for machines as they run towards end of life
- Cleaner invoicing and reporting for businesses and tax purposes would be nice

Overall good experience - great job OneMiners. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I have done a huge amount of research and AI modelling on this, and OneMiners come out on top every time I run the model.

Imperfect, but solid service

I’ve been slowly adding miners with them for 6 months. Yes, their responses are slow. Yes, the dashboard is really inelegant and clunky. Yes, payouts sometimes take more than a day to clear. BUT, every payout I’ve requested has been disbursed.
My only complaint is that they will only disperse funds in BTC or as a bank deposit. I have several Altcoin miners with them but I can’t disperse altcoins, only BTC, so I’m forced to use their exchange rate and fees to cash out altcoins. Still been quite profitable and I’m content with continuing to work with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that there was confusion regarding how mining rewards and withdrawals work, and we'd like to clarify how our hosting service operates.

When you host with OneMiners, you own your ASIC miner and connect it directly to the mining pool of your choice (such as ViaBTC or F2Pool). The mining pool is responsible for calculating mining rewards and distributing payouts. OneMiners does not take any percentage of your mining revenue.

Our pricing is fully transparent. The only mining-related fee is the pool fee charged by your selected mining pool, which is typically between 1% and 3%. OneMiners does not add any management fees or additional pool fees. Your electricity costs are fixed, clearly stated in your hosting agreement, and are never deducted unexpectedly.

Regarding withdrawals, the funds are paid based on your mining pool balance. The values shown in the dashboard are estimated earnings calculated using current network difficulty and hashprice, both of which change continuously. The amount available for withdrawal reflects your actual mining pool balance at that moment, which is why it may differ from earlier estimates. This is not a deduction but a normal characteristic of cryptocurrency mining.

You can verify your mining rewards independently by logging into your mining pool account using your worker information. The mining pool is the authoritative source for your balance and earnings.

If you believe there is any discrepancy with your account, we'd be happy to investigate. Please contact us with your order number at support@oneminers.com or submit a request through our support page at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request. We'll review your account together and explain every figure in detail.

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a transparent hosting service with clearly defined fees, uptime guarantees, and warranty terms.

Issue Finally Escalated and Resolved by Head of Support After Weeks of Delays

Updating my previous review for fairness and transparency.

After significant escalation and weeks of follow-ups regarding Order #18138, Uli (Head of Support at OneMiners) personally stepped in, reviewed the situation, and worked toward a resolution. I have now been informed that my miner is scheduled to be installed and operational by Monday, 05/25.

I still believe the original communication, delay handling, and customer escalation process could have been managed much better — especially regarding the April batch timeline, installment obligations, and lack of earlier visibility. However, I also want to acknowledge that Uli took ownership of the issue and helped move the matter toward resolution.

I appreciate the direct engagement and hope the deployment proceeds as committed.

Note: Circlehash LLC operate under a trade name 'Oneminers'. Am posting this review for both names.

I genuinely feel deceived by this entire experience.

I purchased an “April batch” hosted miner with Priority Processing through an installment plan and paid via BTC, trusting the timelines and commitments presented during the sales process. More than a month later, the miner is still not installed, not mining, and there is still no real resolution.

What makes this even more concerning is that the company appears to have the same miner model currently available in stock, yet they refuse to adjust my existing paid order to an available unit while continuing to demand installment payments for a miner that has never been deployed.

The delays have already caused me to miss a major crypto market spike that was a key part of the expected ROI calculations when I made this investment. In crypto mining, timing matters enormously, and delays of weeks or months materially impact profitability and customer expectations.

Only after payment was completed did I start hearing about “manufacturer delays” and shifting timelines that were never clearly disclosed upfront. Every attempt to resolve this professionally — including requests to either allocate an in-stock miner to my paid order or issue a refund — has been met with delays, vague responses, support tickets, and silence across email, WhatsApp, and text.

At this point, the situation strongly suggests intentional delay tactics and deeply questionable business practices. The fact that payment was made through Bitcoin should not mean customers are left without accountability or consumer protection.

If you are considering doing business with this company, be extremely cautious and document everything carefully.

I strongly encourage anyone facing similar issues to file complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the FTC. I am also evaluating legal options, including potential class action review regarding what appears to be a deceptive sales and fulfillment process.

Thank you for updating your review with fairness. We appreciate your acknowledgment that our support team worked toward resolving your situation.

The delay on your April batch order was unacceptable. While
manufacturers can experience delays beyond our control, we failed to communicate clearly about those challenges upfront. We should have kept you informed better throughout the process.

We want to clarify what Priority Processing means. It ensures
your miner receives priority installation at the hosting facility
once it arrives, not faster shipping from the manufacturer. The
delays were in sourcing, not in our installation process.

We're committed to improving communication on stuck orders so customers aren't left waiting without updates. That's where we fell short, and we're addressing it.

We're glad your Z15 Pro is now running. If you experience any
issues, our support team is here to help.

Thank you for giving us the chance to do better.

While we understand your frustration, calling us a "scam" because you didn't account for the laws of physics isn't the warning you think it is. We need to set the record straight with the facts.

The Math: kW vs. W
It appears you are confused on how power consumption works with mining. An industrial miner consumes 3 kW (kilowatts) of energy, not 3 W (watts). If you confused these prefixes, your profit calculations would be off by a factor of 1,000. This explains why you see a negative balance; the machine consumes energy to mine, and that energy isn't free.

Advice Ignored
We explicitly advised you before installation that the specific hosting option and hardware you selected would not be profitable under the current energy tariff. We even went out of our way to pay your shipping and installation fees to help you get started, which resulted in that higher tariff. You chose to proceed despite our professional advice.

We Went Beyond Our Policy:
Our Terms and Conditions are clear: all sales are final. However, despite your aggressive behavior toward our support staff, we made a manual exception for you. We canceled your order and refunded you every cent you were owed according to the contract. We didn't have to do that; we did it to resolve your mistake.

Outstanding Debt and Slander
Currently, your account shows you still owe us over $60 for energy payments already consumed by your hardware. It is highly inappropriate to label us a "scam" while you are the one who hasn't settled your utility bill. We take our reputation seriously. If you continue to spread false information while carrying an outstanding debt, we will be forced to pursue legal action.

Proven Results
OneMiners supports thousands of happy customers and maintains hundreds of 5-star reviews. We constantly go out of our way to optimize setups and maximize profits for our users who follow our guidance and understand the basic math of crypto mining.

We wish you the best, but we suggest double-checking the power requirements of industrial hardware before your next venture. Pay your $60 balance, and let’s move on.

Unclarified Contract Information / Transparency issue

I decided to write this review after multiple unsuccessful attempts to settle my issue with OneMiners Support: e-mail, WhatsApp and phone call.

I am running a machine which I purchased and hosted with OneMiners about 3 months ago. I have both positive & negative reviews.

Positive:
Responsive support (especially on WhatsApp). The rewards are sent daily inside the dashboard and electricity is also deducted daily as stated in their site with no extra or hidden fees. Overall good performance with no need to change the settings - just monitoring. Rewards can be withdrawn anytime with processing time within 48 hours.

Negative:
The only issue I had, was when I asked for the Hosting Contract. Despite sending it straight away, there was critical missing information inside the Contract for which I wasn't able to sign since then. Specifically, in my e-mail on 28/01/2026 I requested clarification about:
1. Equipment Identification (inside the contract it is only specified an internal miner ID with no reference of which machine is purchased and hosted.
2. Hosting Location (it is only noted USA without clarifying which of there many facilities).
3. Mining Transparency (proof of mining).

The Team responded very fast on WhatsApp saying that I have to wait for the legal team to manage the issue. From my point of view the information I asked is very well defined the moment i proceeded with purchase 3 months ago. Till now, i never received an answer in my e-mail despite multiple reminders. I feel exposed without the Hosting Contract signed.

Despite my overall good experience with OneMiners Team and Services, this one issue is pulling me back from expanding my mining plans. From my experience mining is a long-term investment requiring full Transparency and Reliability from both sides.

I recently placed order OM#1413 for an Antminer S21+ Hyd 395 TH/s with OneMiners Crypto Mining Hosting, and so far the experience has been positive.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. I received confirmation almost immediately after purchase, and the email communication was clear and professional. It’s reassuring to get a prompt confirmation when making a significant investment in mining hardware.

That said, I would appreciate more detailed follow-up communication about the next steps. Estimated shipping timelines, hosting setup expectations, and a clearer outline of the deployment process would help build even more confidence. Since this is high-value equipment, proactive updates would make a big difference.

Overall, the purchasing experience has been good so far. If the delivery and hosting setup go just as smoothly with a bit more transparency on timelines, I would gladly rate it 5 stars. Looking forward to getting everything up and running.

I was skeptical, then I wasn't.

I was skeptical having thousands of dollars worth of equipment hosted in another state. Nonetheless, I purchased a couple miners to see how things would work out.
Well, things worked out very well. I currently have 15 miners on-line (at the South Carolina location) and another scheduled to be installed next month. One of the reasons my trust in Oneminers has increased, and I've been able to have 16 miners is due to Oneminers' "Pay Later" option. Being able to initially pay only a fourth of the miner's total cost allowed me to, not only "test the waters", but get started with mining at a minimal cost.
Having been with Oneminers now for six months I've interacted with several intelligent, and very helpful employees. While all the employees have gone out of their way to help, the one that stands out is Petr. Petr has assisted me in selecting the best miners that I needed directing me towards my specific goals.
I can't say enough about Oneminers. At first I was VERY doubtful. Now, I'm considering which miner I'll buy next.
All this at only 0.07 cents per KW/h. What's not to love. :)

Hi Larry, thank you for such a detailed and honest review. This is exactly the kind of story we love hearing!
Going from skepticism to scaling up to 15 miners (plus one more coming) in South Carolina shows how powerful the "Pay Later" option can be for testing the waters and growing step by step with minimal upfront cost. We're thrilled that the 0.07/kWh rates, reliable hosting, and our team's support (especially Petr's guidance) have built that trust over the past six months.
You've turned doubt into a thriving setup. Congratulations on the journey so far, and we're excited to help with whatever miner comes next!

False Advertisement

If i could give zero i would. I was looking through their miner page where you can see the profit of each model. The thing is, it's not actually profit. What they have stated on that page is based off their cheapest electricity costs, which is nowhere stated in fact. Its plastered all over the website that it's profit. What is "profit" you ask? Well that would be base revenue, minus your expenses. The miner they sold be, i chose to be located at a facility they were advertising as a promotional location. Unbeknownst to me, I ended up losing over a dollar a day when it was advertised as $3.50 profit give or take (+/-) 10%. That and they charged me for a day of electricity before i was even able to access my miner. When I talked to them about this, they kept explaining that what is advertised is base revenue, and it is industry standard to call it profit. So i did my homework and looked at all the other sites I could find offering the same kind of services. They all had clearly labeled on their pages that its base revenue, not calling it profit. Completely misleading and refusing to refund me, even though I bought it under false pretenses. Have reported to the FTC and will be following up. All I wanted was a refund. Instead we have turned it into having to report them, put up bad reviews and all the fun stuff, just to get my point across that I will not back down from the bullying tactics. I have everything all documented. Stay far, far away. I mean as far as humanly possible. Put yourself on Mars to get away if need be. Its not worth the headache and high levels of stress you will receive from this company say you run into any kind of problem. They agree that they can see how it is misleading, which has been said over a phone conversation, which led nowhere. The list of bad business practices goes on and on. I could probably write an entire novel about it by now. Hope this is insightful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you explaining your experience, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the customer experience.

The profitability figures shown on our product pages are based on a $0.04/kWh electricity rate, which is our lowest hosting electricity rate. This is stated within the profitability section on each product page. We understand, however, that the connection between the displayed profit estimate and the selected hosting location may not be immediately obvious when making a purchasing decision.

Your actual profitability is calculated as:

Profit = Mining Revenue − Your Location's Electricity Cost

Every hosting location has a different electricity rate:

Nigeria: $0.0364/kWh
Ethiopia: $0.054/kWh
USA: $0.065/kWh
Norway: $0.078/kWh
(and others)

When a hosting location is selected, profitability changes based on that location's electricity cost. This is why your actual daily profit differed from the estimate shown using the lowest electricity rate.

Based on feedback like yours, we are working on making this much more visible by adding prominent notices that direct customers to the Profitability Calculator and emphasize the importance of selecting their intended hosting location, or entering their estimated home electricity rate, before relying on any profit estimates.

Regarding the electricity charge, power costs begin once a miner is deployed and starts operating, as electricity is being consumed from that point onward, regardless of when the dashboard is first accessed.

We would genuinely like the opportunity to investigate your specific experience. Please contact us at support@oneminers.com or submit a support request at https://oneminers.com/pages/support-request with your order number. We'll review your case thoroughly and work with you to resolve any outstanding concerns.

OneMiners – Proven scam: No Proto Rigs ever ordered, fake dashboard mining, refusal to refund $21,846 BTC

OneMiners (Circlehash LLC) took $21,846.20 in BTC from me in November 2025 for 2 Proto Rigs pre-ordered to be hosted in Nigeria. No hardware was ever delivered. They refuse to refund my money even after I exposed that no order was ever even placed with Proto/Block Inc(!), like they claimed.

Full evidence article: am88dss.substack. com/p/is-oneminers-a-scam-or-legit-jack

Their sales rep Petr Pavelka repeatedly claimed they had placed a bulk order of hundreds -100s - of units directly with Proto (Block Inc.), that the manufacturer stopped responding, and that the rigs (worth millions of dollars) would most likely never be delivered at all by Proto. This all turned out to be completely false and misleading.

My dashboard even showed the rigs “installed” and mining in Nigeria starting mid-January, 2026, with accruing profits — exactly the dates OneMiner’s support had promised me when I asked them when my rigs would go live. Petr Pavelka contacted me soon after, out of the blue, claiming this was due to a “dashboard error.”

OneMiners offered replacement miners with US hosting and significant added fees and other inferior deals, but at this point I wanted nothing more to do with this company. All I wanted was my refund, which Petr kept denying me with stalling tactics.

I contacted Proto directly early on, and they finally replied with a bombshell. Proto/Block Inc confirmed in writing:

-No order (bulk or otherwise) was ever placed by OneMiners/Circlehash LLC.
-Proto/Block Inc. have no third-party resellers or partners — sales are direct only.
-OneMiners is not authorized.
-They (Proto/Block Inc) flagged the situation internally as a scam.

This proves OneMiners fabricated the entire bulk order story.

OneMiners sales rep Petr Pavelka then claimed “he never said they ordered directly from Proto/Block Inc.” Problem is, Proto/Block Inc confirmed there are no resellers, so obviously no order was ever placed.

In my final email, I asked OneMiners sales rep Petr Pavelka for proof that he had placed an order of 100s of Proto Rigs. I received no reply, and has therefore taken the following steps thus far:

I have filed complaints with FTC, FBI IC3, and Texas AG and will continue to warn the community.

Date of experience: November 2025 – January 2026
Full evidence article: am88dss.substack. com/p/is-oneminers-a-scam-or-legit-jack
---------------------------------------------------
Thank you for your response.

To clarify a few points:

1) There was no agreement to accept replacement miners. I rejected all offers in writing and demanded refund due to non-delivery. The resale value of the 4x 395 TH S21 Hydros, even if I accepted them (which I don't), is far less than what I would get for 2x Proto Rigs.

2) The "non-refundable" policy does not override the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires refund for non-delivery without explicit consent for delay. No shipment occurred, no consent was given.

3) While the dashboard "error" (showing Proto rigs mining on the exact dates promised) was addressed quickly, such a misleading display still significantly erodes trust.

4) Your original emails (see full evidence article link below) explicitly stated a bulk order of 100s of Proto Rigs worth millions was placed with Proto/Block Inc., payment sent, and Proto completely ghosted you, making fulfillment unlikely. Your pre-order money "probably never being returned" was your stated reason for "no refund."

This is far more serious than "unforeseen delays and challenges" — it's an accusation of fraud by a major company.

In a later email, Petr claimed he "never said" OneMiners ordered directly from Proto/Block Inc., which contradicts his earlier messages and also Proto/Block Inc's confirmation of "no resellers".

This begs the questions:

- How can OneMiners sell Proto Rigs without any partnership with Proto/Block Inc.?
- Which company did you place your bulk order with?
- Why did you fail to provide any evidence of such a bulk order when I requested it?

UPDATE: On their request, Proto/Block Inc. legal is currently reviewing all the evidence (order details and correspondence).

Seeking full refund. Filed with FTC, IC3, Texas AG.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify several points regarding the situation.

First, we regret the confusion around the Proto rigs. Although you were initially informed about a bulk order with Proto/Block Inc, the delays and challenges with the manufacturer were unforeseen. We immediately addressed the dashboard error that caused confusion about the rigs being active.

This is also the reason we offered you and other customers replacement miners, as to this day no Proto rigs have shipped to anyone who has ordered them (there is not a single video online showing a running Proto rig), and there is serious doubt about them ever being released.

We also want to confirm that, as per the initial agreement with our sales representative, we arranged the replacement of your original order with 4x 395 TH S21 Hydros, hosted in Nigeria. These units are now active and mining as promised. These bring equivalent if not better value compared to your initial order.

While we understand your frustration with the refund request, we followed our policies which clearly state orders are non-refundable, which includes pre-orders. However, we remain committed to resolving any concerns. If you'd like further assistance, please reach out to our support team.

I appreciate their recommendations

Recently bought an S19K Pro with hosting on USA - No Service Fees, little did I know that the electricity charge was way more than the profit of the machine. I had reached out to the Live Chat Support on this matter and it was great that they respond so quickly. Had them checked my issue and said that the machine is running at a high electricity rate which is why I'm having negative profits on the machine. The support was really helpful and gave me options for the machine which is either relocate it or ship it to my address. They even gave me recommendations for my next purchase and I'll keep that in mind if ever I may buy another machine. Overall I had a great experience with them.

Machines are up and running❀

Machines are up and running. Customer service is good, especially via WhatsApp and Michaela.
Email responses are a bit slow, but that feels old-school anyway.
