I requested a hedge row to be trimmed. They no showed them sent a message it was bad weather that's why service wasn't done. It was sunny all day no bad weather. Lousy Company don't use them. No phone... もっと見る

Non-Responsive and Unreliable
While previously I've had good experiences with OneNeighbor, that is no longer the case.
I've been trying to get my lawn mowed for 2 weeks through OneNeighbor. Over the 2 weeks, we were assigned to 2 different service providers, my service was rescheduled 8 times. I called and emailed several times and never got any emails or calls back. I was still charged despite no service being provided. I have lost complete faith in their services and could not recommend them less.

Constantly cancelling and rescheduling jobs.
Well, first maybe you need more provider's for your company. Second, how do you stay afloat when the lawn mowing jobs get cancelled repeatedly and last maybe you need to pay the peeps doing the work more for incentive to get the job done.

I requested a hedge row to be trimmed. They no showed them sent a message it was bad weather that's why service wasn't done. It was sunny all day no bad weather. Lousy Company don't use them. No phone number either. Don't waste your money on them.

Hi Robert, thanks for your response. I do see that you signed up for bush trimming service, and that North Fort Worth Lawn Care skipped that job. I agree with you that it didn't rain, and that wasn't appropriate.
We are going to follow up with them, but I think the reason they skipped it might be because you signed up for 1-5 bushes, but in your notes you mentioned that it's a 30 foot long hedge row that you want to be trimmed from 12' down to 8' tall. At 30' long I don't think any vendor is gong to be willing to cut that down for the 1-5 bushes rate of $39.90.
I'd love to work with you to estimate that work appropriately and get a vendor back out there.
