Such a shame really… Good personalised product, but I didn’t get what I paid for: my personalised mirror, which was a birthday gift from my nephew, did not come with any LED lights attached. I ordered this back in July, and have been trying to contact customer service to send a replacement lights. They kept saying my parcel has been delivered (I wasn’t complaining about not receiving my parcel, just some items were missing!) they they asked for a photo so I sent them one but then they didn’t bother to follow up and have been ignoring my messages since (still trying in September, 2 months later!) I expected to get what I paid for. Extremely disappointing.
