One Piece Apparel レビュー

The ordering process was simple. The product arrived as expected in the correct size, color, and print. No issues encountered. Would order again from them if needed.

Loved my order, exactly what I was looking for!

We feel scammed by this website.

Purchased a jacket from this site, but the item that we were sent was only vaguely like the item advertised - we ordered what looked like a fabric hoodie jacket with great details, BUT received a cheap nasty plastic ‘spray jacket’ with a small part of the design (a number and a couple of lines) which wasn’t even close to the actual design advertised.

And customer response has been abysmal too. We received an automated reply, but no actual resolution to our claim. Still waiting for a reply or resolution two months later.

Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! Terrible website, they advertise 24/7 customer support but do not respond to any attempts to contact them.

They will take extraordinarily long to process orders but will take your money immediately.

I had to submit a fraud claim to actually cancel my order, RIDICULOUS!! 0/5 STARS.

The selection of One Piece clothing was great. It was very easy to shop online and the order arrived quickly. The t-shirts are exactly as described. They made perfect gifts for true One Piece fans who love them.

I ordered some merchandise from their website and received an email saying they received my order and that I would receive another email in 3-7 days giving shipping information. They immediately charged my credit card and after not receiving any correspondence from them for almost three weeks I sent in a trouble ticket into their website as that is the only way to contact them. I received an email saying that I would receive another email within 3 business days but it’s been 6 business days and no response. I replied to their automated ticket two days ago and still nothing. Worst customer service ever!

There's an email for costumer service but they won't respond!
Ordered 3 shirts, two only arrived and they're large is really a small. I don't know how they get away with this

Ordered two shirts from here. One regular cut t shirt and one without sleeves. Both were delivered in a timely manner and both look great.

It came sooner than I thought and my son was very happy with it.,,

The cosplay came pretty quickly and it fits quite nicely.

I ordered from One Piece Apparel and had to return the item for a size exchange.

The return package was delivered to their PO Box on March 28, and I was later told that a replacement would be shipped. However, it has now been over 3 weeks without any tracking information or updates.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received any replies.

I hope the company can respond and resolve this issue soon.

DO NOT ORDER!!! SCAM.
I ordered my package april 23 and they never sent a tracking number to my email but sent me emails to purchase the item like i never bought it, based on the other reviews i dont expect my package to ever come.

I order and got within few days and the quality is amazing, I am so happy to use their services

Had a great experience with this company, the quality of the products was definitely worth the price and my son really enjoys his new stuff. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Shipping did not take too long either. Great overall experience!
