Unacceptable Service and Lack of Transparency
I had a very disappointing experience with OneProvider. My service was suspended due to a lack of funds. To resolve this, I added 15 euros to my account. The payment was accepted, the service was briefly unsuspended, but then immediately suspended again without any explanation.
What’s even more concerning is that suspended virtual machines (VMs) cannot be deleted, leaving users without any control over their resources. This feels both unfair and questionable.
I have now requested account termination, a refund, and the deletion of my personal data under GDPR’s Right to be Forgotten. I am still waiting for a response.
The lack of transparency and poor handling of payments make it hard to recommend OneProvider. Proceed with caution.

Ordered a simple dedicated server for a project and was delayed two days past the eta then just canceled the server. sounds like they advertise servers then cant figure out how to bult them when purchased. stay away from this company.

I had never heard of oneprovider.com before, found it only a few days ago on the Internet.
Its support staff is the best I have ever had from other Data Centres, and both its cloud VPS and dedicated servers are great.

OneProvider is an absolute disaster. IPs are blocked in the UK. Customer service is atrocious
OneProvider is an absolute disaster. Their customer service is atrocious—instead of fixing problems, they waste your time blaming you. On top of that, they’ve threatened to suspend my server for no valid reason, which is beyond unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Most of their IP addresses are blocked by UK ISPs during football matches, leaving your server completely inaccessible when you need it most.
Their go-to excuse for not fixing servers is blaming everything on IPTV. They accuse everyone of running IPTV servers, using it as a way to take your money without actually fixing the server you paid for. After checking Trustpilot reviews, it's clear that many others have been falsely accused of IPTV, even when it had nothing to do with their issue.
When I asked for proof of a complaint, they admitted there wasn't any on my server.

Good provider, for people with experience.
From my experience with this provider, I had only best experiences, because I was just going use the dedicated server without any features.
But like any other customers, I encountered issues too. luckily they were small and could be easy to fix.
Like a review said before I had problems with os installation being frozen or stuck, but after some tickets they managed to "cancel the os installation process" and give me the ability to reinstall the os again and it worked.
This provider is a resell, yet this is not for friendly users, maybe I would recommend this provider to someone who has decent knowledge about servers and know how to resolve most of the problems themselves, a good provider with good offers(you get what you paid and it comes to support too), I would recommend it to others, but only if you are tech savy or a expert.
EDIT: I forgot to mention if you gonna rent over the weekend a dedicated, expect delivery eta, they don't work weekends like nay others humans. and probably their automatic system inventory can't do itself, so they must do it manually.
EDIT 2:
I had problems with additional ip, and couldn't connect it to proxmox, but luckily Alexei helped me!

So far the assistance to my requests has been timely, they respond quickly and provide solutions to the problems.
As a suggestion on my part, I recommend creating a mechanism that allows you to set up the servers in less time, but otherwise excellent.

Servers are priced the best, not expensive at all, especially if u need to get online ASAP.. very little down time if at all.. in short, I didn't experience any down time, so that's overall a big plus .. any or all issues addressed pretty quickly, a very satisfying experience
