We used Nick and his team for the first time on the external repairs and redecoration of one of our buildings we manage.

The tender price was competitive in comparison with other contractors.

The project was well managed and ran to programme and within the agreed costs.

The quality of work was excellent with an eye to detail in preparation and finishing works

I am an interior designer and have worked with Nick from One Response on a luxury bathroom refurbishment and a couple of other renovation jobs since and his attention to detail and quality of work has always been outstanding. Nick takes great interest in the design details and really cares that everything is right, works and looks perfect. Nick has an enormous amount of experience and understands what will work and stand the test of time. Nick is also very responsive and he and his team are absolutely lovely to work with.

Loft conversion, redone the whole loft including new tiles, electrics, water and heating. In addition, new bathroom in the loft and on the 1st floor and Kitchen enhancements and appliances replacements. All work done to high finish and standard with approval from building controls and compliance with electric and gas safety. The total value of the work was around 110K and was kept on budget. The property was left in immaculate condition after the job was finished. I would Highly recommend Nick and his team.

Nick and the team have been fantastic. From the start to finish communication has been great, very professional throughout, high standard of work, finish and after care of my property refurb. The team are always available to help, discuss and assist. When problems were discovered Nick advised and helped navigate all issues, even helping with approvals for the work from the council. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Book in early for these guys, they are busy for a reason. They rebuilt our bathroom, including the whole structure of the room. They fixed all our problems which were, leaks, electric issues, new pipe work etc. Nick warned me that having builders in your house for 10/11 weeks is ok at first but gets very annoying. It genuinely didn’t. The team he has are exceptional. They kept everything so clean, they were so quiet and were just lovely people. You can also tell Nick and his guys actually care about their work and want to do it to a high standard. The logistics were simple as Tanya is so organised. My bathroom is stunning and it’s been installed so perfectly, I am very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nick and his team are masters. Our first introduction was in connection with a leaking pipe buried in the concrete substrate in a bathroom. This necessitated a rip out of the bathroom and refit. They are meticulous and the job was completed quickly and with as minimal disruption as possible. They are craftsmen and take pride in perfection. Since then we have called on Nick for several other plumbing jobs in our home and have been thoroughly delighted each time with OneResponse. They do the highest quality work, are honest and reliable, and are genuinely super nice people to deal with. We can recommend OneResponse unreservedly.

Nick and his team carried out thorough and extensive repairs to our roof, communicating clearly throughout a complicated process and we are delighted with the results. I've also called them many times over the years for a variety of plumbing issues from boiler servicing to frozen pipes. Service is always efficient and timely. Very highly recommended - lovely company to deal with.

Trusting someone to do a major renovation at your property is not an easy choice. Nick, Ed and team did an outstanding job. Every detail was discussed upfront and there were no hidden costs. I needed someone new to service my boiler and give advice on my underfloor heating system and a few other things. I was impressed by OneResponse' positive reviews so booked a visit. I enjoyed meeting Nick Cahill. He seemed very knowledgeable, experienced and attentive to my concerns and requirements. He explained things clearly and was generally pleasant to communicate with.
