I was looking for a new bath and came across this website so decided to order one which was easy to do and the bath was delivered on time. Whilst the bath was being installed a hairline crack was noticed so after sending an email to the company alone with some photos they sent a replacement out about 10 days later which was the only reason I I didnât give a 5 star rating. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a radiator cover and paid for delivery. The original delivery was cancelled last minute, then today the driver rang to tell me I had to come downstairs and collect the item from the truck myself.
I am disabled â this was never mentioned and completely unacceptable when a delivery fee has been paid.
Iâve cancelled the order. Very poor service and zero consideration for customers. Donât order from these cowboys.

Ordered a heater element, sent two towel hangers instead. Can't collect until after christmas, wont refund until they've received the items back that I didnt order. Rude on the phone e (put the phone down). Avoid like the plague.

A restockimg fee is unlawful for returns within 14-days under the distance selling act.
This implies a roque company. I read the reviews.
They cannot charge 20% restocking free for a returns, asked within 14-days.
They should be reported to trading standards.
Shame on them.

No instructions came.
They sent over instructions and in big red writing on instructions, only for compact radiators.
No where on the website does it say this.
Advertised as compact radiator panels. To which any normal person would think they are compacted radiator panels.
No where does it state only for compact radiators.
No help with customer services.
