The support staff is agresive and gaslight customer "your own fault" "you dont know" "not us, you" etc the software they are selling will get you baned. All they care is money.

Absolutely great support love my boy quit he the best and if I could give it 10 stars I would I bought monthly and still haven't got banned and I was using an account from eladarado witch usually gets banned easily W one stop. My discord username is labronjames2 one stop plz give a shoutout!

Supports doesn’t even help takes them 2


Supports doesn’t even help takes them 2 weeks and after just close the ticket joke men. And when I ask them about it they ignore it got my Supports doesn’t even help; it takes them 2 weeks, and then they just close the ticket. It's a joke, man. When I ask them about it, they ignore me. I got my PC PERMANENTLY HWID banned!! Don’t buy from them unless you never want to play Rust on your PC again.

We're sorry to hear your support experience was not pleasant. That said, w would like to address the core of your review:

HWID bans from EAC are not permanent. They typically last around 3 months, after which your hardware ID is released and you can play again. We understand that's frustrating, but it is not a lifetime ban on your PC.

More importantly, the product you used is clearly labeled as use at your own risk. The possibility of a ban is a known and disclosed risk of using any cheating software This is stated before purchase. We cannot be held responsible for enforcement actions taken by the game's anti-cheat systems.

Regarding your ticket, if you feel it was closed prematurely, please re-open it or contact us again and we'll take another look. We do aim to resolve issues thoroughly.

Shitty support doesnt help with the issues you have and just steal youre money, shit cheats get banned 3 min into the game thats how bad the cheats are! Dont buy!

I don't recommend it

I don't recommend it. I got banned and didn't even have time to use it because there was an update. Worst $15 I ever spent.

Hey, sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. That said, the product you used is clearly marked as "Use at own risk". So you cannot really complain about being banned.

As for the update downtime, we always compensate for any lost time caused by game updates on our end, so you wouldn't have lost a single day of your subscription.

We're transparent about the risks upfront and stand behind our compensation policy. The offer to make it right is always there if you reach out.

The cheat works great

The cheat works great most of the time and when it doesn't, they have a great active support team. Shout out! mrkevvy and bf3v in the support team were troubleshooting my problem for like 3 hours and getting a working fix out and giving me compensation for the hours they spent fixing it. the problem.
