Opening time for parcel collection was different on the website than actually in the store so I could not collect my orders . Very, very disappointed. I don't recommend that store

Love my one stop Fleetwood lord street staff are great so helpful and I get all that I want from there

I went to one stop on Burley Hill Leeds Sunday the 6th of July 2025 I was in a hurry as I was trying to catch the next bus , I got my shopping just a few things and went to the till . I gave the assistant the shopping and the money all of a sudden another assistant started talking to the assistant serving me , I said can I have my change please as I'm in a hurry the assistant who wasn't serving me was very rude to me I asked for the telephone number for the head office he said why I said to complain about you he said use the Internet I asked for a receipt. I am a regular customer and most of the staff is very helpful and kind as I'm 80yrs that is appreciated . I wouldn't recommend this store again .

I live in bilston right by the one stop shop it's disgusting the way the traps go in there and take what they want done even pay and they go in there about 3 times a day one stop does not care about there staff they can't do anything so they just watch them take everything off the shelf and walk out with bed sheets every time I go in there someone is doing it customer should not have to be scared about going to a shop pull your finger out Tesco

One stop is the shop where I find all the things I need everyday since it sells many items and is conveniently situated.
