One Travel Club レビュー

Recently had the pleasure of using Emma Ross to book a family trip to Disneyland Paris. Emma was brilliant from start to finish, making the planning of such a trip very easy. Emma was always quick to respond to any questions i had and providing lots of helpful tips for planning the journeys and use of the parks. I will certainly use Emma again, in fact I have already asked for some end of summer holiday options!

Booked my Disneyland trip to Paris with the help from Emma Ross and from the start to the end Emma was so helpful and reassuring with everything down to choosing the hotel and experiences along the way. I also received such an amazing deal for the four days I was there. Emma gave me so many tips and pointers for my time in Disneyland down to where to eat , location of specific meet and greets , rides and how to use my daughter’s access card. I felt reassured by Emma every step of the way and I would 100% be booking more holidays!
My children also received a little delivery in the post from Emma and they absolutely loved it.

Booked through Nikki and from the start we felt comfortable in the knowledge that Nikki knew so much more than the standard travel companies. We were stuck in Dubai and the 'Club' all pulled together to get us out on the first available flight.
I can't see a time when I would use anyone else or go back to the usual agents.
Fully recommend Nikki, her knowledge and One Travel Club. You won't believe the savings...

Laura ash has done an amazing job again this year helping me to find the right holiday & communicating with me on the run up ensuring we were checked in & had visas sorted. the holiday was cheaper than going direct with the operator, & we got the extra service on top of it. Laura's attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly & she has so much knowledge & advice. I feel so reassured knowing i can contact her with questions & issues & not have to ring a call centre. Absolutely great service & I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended, Katy couldn't do enough for us. So helpful throughout the booking process and even away on holiday when we asked her for advice. I have recommended her to friends and colleagues and will definitely be booking with her again.

Laura Ash was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me book a surprise holiday for my husband’s 70th birthday . Nothing was too much and I saved money too 👍👍
Thank you Laura x

Can’t recommend charleigh enough was an absolute god send from start to finish, have used her a few times now & will continue to do so ( so helpful & In formative ) 5 star plus

Massive shoutout to Charleigh for all of her help with cancelling our holiday to Dubai in May. As a family travelling with young children we decided we wanted to cancel and she done absolutely everything for us ensuring we didn’t have to do a thing and getting our money back. I would absolutely recommend booking with Charleigh!

We recently booked with Charleigh to visit Disneyland Paris ✨ she made the experience from start to finish easy and stress free, we had everything we needed when arriving at the hotel and she even sent Disney ears as a personal touch, Charleigh has been so helpful advising me with this trip and others, I would always book with her going forward! Thank you 💫 xxx

Good communication, competively priced. Hotels picked were all 5*. We chose a multi country holiday with experiences added. Great recommendations on excursions all booked at the same time. Would use again

Booking with Sharron was simple and stress-free from start to finish. The whole process felt easy and relaxed, with some of the best deals available. Highly recommend for a smooth, hassle-free holiday booking!

We used One Travel once again to book our family holiday, this time to the Maldives. Having used them before to go to Greece a few times and also Lapland, we’ve always found the customer service and attention to detail first class!

Remi in particular deserves a special mention to highlight her professionalism and undivided attention to detail at all times. She is always on hand and answers any questions you have and puts your mind at rest if anything is concerning you.

I’m a loyal customer and once I find a company/person who makes me feel as though my best interests are being put first, then I don’t go elsewhere! Remi and One Travel do just that!

Our family holiday to The Maldives was everything we hoped it would be - and was everything Remi promised it would be! We’ve already booked our next holiday with her since getting back in February - and they’ll be more for sure!

Thoroughly recommended and you won’t be disappointed if you book through Remi! Set her the challenge - she genuinely loves it!

Lisa has been amazing from start to finish. From finding the best deals, adding passengers at a later date and keeping us all up to date with our booking and made booking a holiday such an easy process. Would 100% recommend Lisa and book my next holiday with her.

I would like to extend a massive thank you to James K. He has booked a few holidays for me over the last few years, and he is fantastic.
Just last June, he arranged an amazing trip to Thailand for my 40th this March. Our connecting flight was in Dubai, and due to the government's no-fly advisory, we had to cancel. He sorted everything, got a refund, and booked us a week away in Tenerife. It may not be the holiday we had hoped for, but we are still getting a holiday, and James K made the process so easy. We will rebook Thailand with him once the situation calms.
Thank you again, James K.

Ella Thatcher booked our holiday to Jamaica for February 2027 and was fantastic from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, kept us well informed and her communication was clear and prompt at all times. Everything was handled smoothly, which made planning the trip stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Ella again and would happily recommend her to others.

LAURA ASH - 5 star service.
Laura has planned three trips for us to Disneyland Paris and each one has been seamless. Laura is brilliant at what she does and nothing is too much trouble. She is very professional and knowledgable and one of her USPs is definitely how fast her response time is. Laura goes above and beyond to check that every element of your holiday is planned exactly as you wanted and regularly checks in with clients in the lead up to the holidays. I needed to ask a question about transfers while away this time and Laura came back to me with a response within 10 mins and the query I had was immediately sorted. With a trip like Disney, where there are lots of elements to be organised, I wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone but Laura. This definitely won’t be our last visit or our last holiday through Laura and I would highly recommend her services to friends and family who want a professional and dedicated travel agent service. You won’t get much better!

Sharon was so helpful, super responsive and on hand for anything we needed. Would 100% recommend

5 stars for Hailey!
The most patient person ever! To say we are fussy is an understatement. She honestly finds the most amazing places and is so so helpful.
We will be really looking forward to our trip :) x

I booked a holiday via Deb@onetravelclub. It was an organised tour with another company. Booking was straight forward. Deb was a true professional, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Within the last few days, because of the problems in Dubai, I rang One Travel club to ask the status of my holiday. They were super helpful. It was a worrying time as lots of people were concerned about getting back to the UK and for others who had holidays booked, what was going to happen.

They absolutely went the extra mile. They updated me with what was happening for my upcoming holiday. It was an ever changing picture but throughout I felt supported. They couldn't have done more. A big shout out for Greg, Holly (and Deb who messaged me from her holiday). Such a great team. Thanks guys!

Just returned from a lovely week in Costa Adeje, Tenerife booked through Nicola at One Travel Club. This is our 5th or 6th holiday booked with Nicola and the service is always 1st class. Communication is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble & on the odd occasion we've had a query its been responded to very quickly.
