It was such in easy way to find a holiday that suited us, thanks to Rachel Smith. We told her the bones of what we fancied, and she did the leg work, presenting us with several options to choose from. From then on it was so easy - we made our choice, and Rachel sent links which made payments easy and straightforward. She even printed out our boarding passes for us, and checked in with us while we were on holiday! I highly recommend Rachel Smith and One Travel Club.

Angela at One Travel Club was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect taking all the stress out of planning. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always quick to respond,
knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Her recommendations were fantastic and everything was organised seamlessly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday. The level of customer service she provides is exceptional and it's clear she genuinely cares about her clients having the best possible experience.

Angela Connelly booked my first girls holiday of 10 to Maga. She did an amazing job of finding us good flights and a great hotel. She kept me updated on the run up to holiday with all the correct details and also booked us our own private transfer. She checked us in and kept us in loop with everything. When we had arrived she made sure eveutbibg was fine. Would definitely book again through Angela.

Couldn’t recommend Angela Connelly enough! She was so helpful throughout our whole booking process to Rhodes and took the stress completely off us. Angela also managed to get us a room upgrade to the top floor with a stunning pool view and champagne on arrival as we were celebrating a special occasion.

Claire Mann at One Travel Club booked our very first cruise, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.

As first-time cruisers, we had lots of questions, but Claire was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and always happy to help. She found us a great deal and even arranged complimentary airport fast track, which was a lovely extra and made our journey so much easier.

We asked Rachel Smith for a holiday that combined our silver wedding anniversary along with my husbands 50th..we wanted a child free hotel,4*,swimming pool and a beach near by,sunny weather,a choice of local restaurants,beautiful walks,not to long of a flight and a quick transfer.Well i honestly thought there would be a few wishes I would have to compromise on but I didn’t have too.Rachel ticked every box and gave us the holiday we dreamed of.It was amazing.I honestly couldn’t of wished for more .Rachel even arranged for the hotel to send up a bottle of champagne for our celebrations along with some local cakes.We had great communication with Rachel throughout the whole booking process and beyond .The hotel was stunning and the staff couldn’t do anymore for us,the location was beautiful.This was our 3rd Holiday booking with Rachel and we are already planning our next .She never disappoints ♥️

My experience with this company was great because of Beckie, my son and I wanted a trip together, Beckie came up with some ideas and one was Mexico, hadn't thought about Mexico, but it was amazing, I didn't have the stress of anything, booking, boarding passes, everything was done for me which I was so pleased about, our holiday was amazing, and if I needed to speak to Beckie, which I did at one point for my own fault because im not very technical and needed help with finding something, she was stright on the phone and helped me out asap. Will be going through Beckie for future holidays, absolutely fabulous.

A faultless booking. Katy found us the perfect holiday for our family, taking time to consider our needs, budget and requirements.
She found a couple of options but the first one was the right one straight away.
She made the booking process simple and straightforward, and was kind and attentive throughout the process, making sure we had all of the info we needed to make an informed decision.
She followed up throughout and was so kind to check how we were doing before and after our trip.

Laura and Donna were amazing to deal with. They found us exactly what we were looking for. A great apartment In a great location. Everything was made so easy for us, booking all in one place. We booked our family holiday last year with Katy. Katy is very helpful & provides a friendly service, nothing is ever too much trouble. She made sure she got us the best price. We have booked this years holiday with Katy and also next years holiday with Katy. brilliant service, and we wouldn’t book with anyone else now.

Katy Herr made the travel experience seamless. She recommended a lovely hotel at a great price and sorted everything even emailing the hotel for the personal touch. Highly recommend and would use again. 5 star plus service.

I have booked holidays with Alex before and the level of care is always on point: from making sure i got cake delivered on my birthday to trying her best to get us the best deals and the best rooms at no extra costs. This time we booked a 10 day trip to Turkey via Alex where she offered us loads of tips on how to make the trip ideal without going bankrupt which was very much appreciated. She also was in regular contact with us and checked in to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Will definitely book more holidays with Alex as we already talked about some bigger trips tailored and personalised to us ❤️

I’ve lost count of how many holidays Claire Mann has booked for me now. Every trip has been completely hassle-free, whether it’s been a city break to Palma, a solo escape to Crete, or organising our upcoming group holiday to Ibiza.

What I appreciate most is that Claire makes everything so easy. She searches out the best options, keeps you updated every step of the way, and takes care of all the little details that you’d normally have to worry about.

The Ibiza booking especially could have been stressful with lots of people involved, but Claire managed all the individual payments and kept everything organised, so nobody had to chase anyone or worry about sorting it themselves.

The service is always friendly, professional and personal. It really feels like having someone in your corner making sure you get the best holiday without any of the hard work. I wouldn’t book with anyone else and can’t recommend Claire highly enough! 🌴✈️😊

I had to write a review due to my recent experience ondealing with Angela at One Travel Club.
This was my first holiday abroad with my two boys and I was feeling nervous about booking this myself.
Angela made the full experience seamless and hassle free. She was always at the other end of a phone with my million questions and always responded quickly and was always so helpful, nothing seemed too much hassle.
Not to mention she managed to find me a fabulous hotel and at a much lower cost than any other travel provider.
I will be telling everyone who is booking a holiday to consider Angela as their travel rep and I wont ever book a holiday without her.
