OneVillasIbiza - part of One of a Kind Travel レビュー 

In the past three years we had good experiences with OneVillasIbiza, but this summer we had a disappointing villa with hygene issues and an enormous leak in the master bedroom. The employees of OneVillasIbiza told us not to use the bathroom and didn't show any concern about the situation. This is a villa which we rented for two weeks and for which we paid a considerable price. After writing a review for them in which we pointed out our disappointment, they offered us a bottle of wine, whereas we were in the opinion that a refund would be reasonable.

OneVillasIbiza offered us a perfect service und always answered within a day if we had a question!

Great villa, great spot, great swimmingpool and great service

The experience was incredible. I stayed for one week with my family and everyone enjoyed and felt very comfy during all the stay.
The location is perfect to disconnect and spend a nice and relaxing days in Ibiza. Wifi is weak and the mobile sign is very poor but you don't need it too much :)
The cala/beach close to the villa is 3m by car and 20m by walk. There are a mini market and bar/restaurant at 5m by car which is nice and cosy, deserve a stop, it is called "La sardina loca".
Definitely it is a villa, where you have an amazing time during your holidays in Ibiza!

The whole experience, from initial contact with One Villas, to on-going communication via email, the arrival at the villa and the departure was seamless. The team answered all my questions promptly and in detail. The booking was stress free, no hassle at all.

I have booked with One Villas on a number of occasions. Their service is always professional and reliable and I impressed by the way that each year they take active steps to further improve the customer experience. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Fast and good communication. Contact in Ibiza friendly but a bit less service-oriented but ok.
Housekeeper very good, Villa was nice but a few things (dish-washer, part of the Sound-System, entrance-gate etc.) dind't work....
Anyway, nice stay.

I had great experience with the website. Pictures and description of the house are good and helpful. Once You have booked, You have been asked to follow a payment procedure, which is easy.
