The whole experience was very welcoming, reassuring and well executed! They have a small team but each individual has so much to offer from sourcing the products (we had limited stock for our flooring range that we wanted!), to providing a comprehensive guide on what type of flooring was available, ones that would be suitable for underfloor heating for example, super fast at coming out to survey our property, and getting the boards installed with great focus on the details and gaps required! We had some expansion of the boards due to the heating , and Paul was great in constantly checking to see if it needs to be cut/adjusted more etc. Super please with finding them ( we were comparing with local branches around new Malden ) but they really did an outstanding job! Highly recommend them! Very friendly bunch and have had some wonderful conversations with them. Thanks so much for helping with our project!

These guys are experts! Great selection of engineered wood flooring which you can view and definitely at great value. I honestly couldn’t rate them highly enough!

shop closed 11.25am Saturday, no notice on door, says on website open 9am to 1pm. No answer when you ring their number. Waste of time.

We've used One Wood Floors before and we didn't hesitate to work with them again when it came to reflooring our entire house.
They are a friendly, highly efficient team and their workmanship is outstanding.

Paul did an excellent job laying the Ted Todd floor in my bedroom. It looks great and we have had no niggles since. Nice guy who clearly has tons of experience and can work around problems.

Overall the work was good and I am pleased with the result however, there are a few snags which they have not come back to even look at despite being contacted 4 times and sent photos.

Found the people in the dorking shop very helpful and the installation guys were quick and did a great job. Our herringbone floor looks lovely. Overall very happy with the service received.

The guy that fitted the floor was excellent.
He worked mostly on his own, was pleasant and super efficient. He did a good job.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff pointed us on the right direction for the type of floor we needed in our remodelled kitchen. Delivery was on time, and at a convenient date, and we’ll-fitted despite COVID limitations and sickness. One small imperfection in fitting was resolved quickly. Would recommend this company for both its large range of quality flooring and its helpfulness.

Excellent job on our floor considering was old floor boards and needed a great deal of levelling. Very happy with the results!!

The quality of the product and laying of my flooring was excellent.

The delivery fitting and service were perfect but the Ted Todd product is awful and so cheap looking that I can’t wait to buy rugs to cover it all up .
