Waiting for a week for withdrawal , no withdrawal recieved

I have been working for some time now and I can say that OnFin has enough advantages. The platform settings allow me to adapt it to my trading style, a clear interface and a good set of functions satisfy my needs as a trader. The experience is productive and positive.

I’ve been using this service for a while to track finances and manage transactions. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, data updates correctly. Some settings take time to find, but overall it works reliably and does what I need.

Signed up and opened an ECN account in a few minutes. Spreads were tight most of the time and fees weren't added on deposits or withdrawals. Interface is clean, charts load fast. Support replied once with a delay, but issue got fixed.

I used a service called moonpay to deposit crypto into the trading acc as this is the only way to fund the acc from the UK. Moonpay is a service that let's you buy crypto and send it to any wallet address without you needing to have a wallet yourself. Now that I want to withdraw my funds from Onfin they are making it impossible and don't want to send the funds to my wallet address as they say they can only send the coins to the wallet that originally came from.

The person on the chat also got really snarky with me when I said it feels like they didn't want to help me. Their response was 'did moonpay help!!'

Transparency and favorable trading conditions were an important criterion for me when choosing a platform, and OnFin provides effective asset trading, and I was convinced of this as soon as I started my business. I would also like to positively note the clarity of the approach to determining the commission and the possibility of copying transactions - this additionally helps to achieve good results.

Una settimana fa ho fatto la richiesta di prelievo e ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta se almeno sia stato approvato. Ho contatto più e più volte il supporto e mi rispondono con una frase imbarazzante: “sei venuto qui per guadagnare o per prelevare”. Solo dopo questa risposata meritano di essere segnalati alle autorità competenti. Ho avvertito il supporto che se i miei soldi (e stiamo parlando di appena 300$) non vengono sbloccati entro prossimi giorni mi vedrò costretta a fare denunce alle autorità competenti per recuperare i miei soldi. Come se non bastasse, hanno il sito in manutenzione, quindi neanche si può accedere allo storico per verificare la pratica! Attendo qualche altro giorno poi mi riattivo per il recupero dei miei investimenti.

Hands down, one of the worst to exist in the business. They make deposits easy but when it comes to withdrawals, forget about it. They'll come up with any excuse possible to delay or avoid the withdrawal process. Stay away, far away.

Payment has been withdrawn. But I will say, I've attempted two withdraws in total with this broker. The first time, I had issues because I used a Virtual Credit Card to fund so withdrawing became difficult because Virtual Card has no name on the "card". I ended up canceling the withdrawal. Eventually,they approved the withdrawal method but I decided to keep the money in my account. When I attempted to withdraw the 2nd time, they said they are having issues with withdrawal to Master Card and never notified me until I reached out 6 business days later. They recommended I request withdrawal via Cryptocurrency. I don't deal in Cryptocurrency so I had to open a Kraken account and go through the entire process just to withdraw a small amount of money. So this is my issue with this company.

The trading environment feels modern and technically sophisticated. I find all the tools I need for my daily trading.

I wish I had read the reviews here on trust pilot before depositing my money with this scam broker. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. This broker is not regulated by any reputable authority — it’s an unregulated, low-tier offshore company. I deposited around $3,000 USD, and after a few weeks I requested to withdraw my balance. They refused!! When I asked for clarification, they pointed me to vague clauses buried in their client agreement claiming that for every $100 I want to withdraw, I must first trade 3 lots, on top of that, every trade has to remain open for at least 5 minutes, and the profit or loss must be at least 3 pips. If you don’t follow these exact rules, you can’t withdraw anything and they keep your money. No real trader can possibly meet these absurd conditions — they’re clearly designed to prevent withdrawals. These rules are made to make lose and wipe out the account easily. In my opinion this broker has many dark sides and operate in a non trasparent way. Im also not sure that their positive reviews are legitimate. Please make your own research before to take a decision and operate with them.

Absolute dinosaurs, took me 2 weeks to get my funds in the account and received the same company line, it will be there is a day or two and then after a day or two... got the same advise - a day or two.. Now I want to withdraw my crypto exchange and the response was - wait for it.....

There’s nothing to complain about regarding execution times. Trades are carried out promptly, and the prices are accurate.

As a beginner, I initially had some concerns, but the interface is easy to understand. I was able to take action quickly and navigate with confidence.

For some time now, I’ve been using the platform regularly and especially appreciate its stable performance. Everything works reliably, even during peak hours.

I'm busy during the week, so I usually trade on Friday nights and Sundays. The site runs smoothly, no slowdowns, and every trade executes perfectly.
