Tina, thank you so much for taking the time to come back and share your progress! Hearing how much more in control you're feeling is exactly why we started Onir in the first place.

You also touched on something that's incredibly important to us. Nobody should ever feel embarrassed or judged for wanting to make a positive change in their life, no matter how big or small that change may be.

We're very sorry you felt unwell, and we take reports like this seriously.
However, we can't discuss any individual's care or account publicly, so here is how Onir works for everyone.

A licensed clinician reviews every member's health questions before anything is prescribed, and that clinician is available for questions before starting and at any point after. The medication we prescribe is FDA approved and has been in use for over 30 years. Most people have no side effects. When they do occur, the most common are nausea, headache, or dizziness in the first few days, and they typically pass. We say this before purchase and again with the medication, along with when to stop and contact your clinician or seek care. We never describe any medication as risk-free.

Prescription medication can't be returned or refunded once dispensed. That's stated before purchase and in the terms every member agrees to.

Thanks for the feedback, and you're right that the medication on its own costs less when it comes through your own doctor and insurance. If that route works for you, it's a good one.

Onir exists for people who would rather not go through their regular doctor, their insurance, or a monthly pharmacy trip. Our price of $99 a month, billed as $297 every three months, covers a licensed clinician's review, the prescription, the medication shipped to your door, and access to your clinician for questions throughout. No appointments, no waiting rooms, no insurance records.

That price is shown on our homepage and in several places on the checkout page before anyone pays, and members can cancel at any time from their account.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry the experience left you feeling this way. Pricing is something we work hard to make clear, so for anyone reading, here is exactly how it works and where it appears.

Onir is $19.99 to start. That covers a licensed clinician reviewing your health questions, and it's fully refunded if you're not approved. Nothing else is charged until a clinician approves you. If approved, your 90-day supply is $297, which is $99 a month billed every three months. That's $316.99 in total, and it's the only other charge. You can cancel anytime.

Where it's shown before anyone pays: The pricing section on our homepage, the FAQ, and three places on the checkout page itself. The introduction states the $19.99 review and the $297 supply. The line directly above the payment button states $99 a month, charged $297 every 3 months, cancel anytime. And there's a checkbox that has to be checked to complete the purchase. Its text spells out the $19.99 charged today, the $297 if your clinician approves you, the 90-day renewal, and the right to cancel anytime. That checkbox is the "do you accept."
