Avoid at all cost
Please please take account of not only the negative reviews but the responses written by the company, which tells you everything you need to know about the appalling customer service of this company.
The “design” process is faulty with so called designers being unable to actually offer any advice to meet your requirements. Do not rely on them to help you design the wardrobe. Secondly if there is even a small mistake made with the fitting, there will be NO accountability taken by the company. This is absolutely shocking and they will blame their clients rather than aim to find a reasonable solution to leave the client happy with their product.
The front frame fitted wardrobes are an extremely poor design. As mentioned in multiple reviews, the frames are so unnecessarily thick that you lose a huge amount of depth in the wardrobes for no reason at all. We have fitted wardrobes from another company (fitted before we bought our house) that actually make use of the space provided and the depth of the shelves are the same depth as the wardrobe. However with online bedrooms you will lose nearly 10-15 cm of the depth of the whole wardrobe which highlights how poor the overall design is.
Our wardrobe was fitted by a fitter provided by the company who even complained about the confusing nature of the fitting instructions. As a result our wardrobe was fitted at the wrong depth and we were not offered any compensation, just for the fitter to come back and refit the frame?! Despite the amount of damage this would do to our room after it had already been fitted once, to then have to remove and refit.
However the most disappointing part of the interaction with this company was the horrendous customer service. We were put through to the head of sales and I can honestly say I have never received such rude, patronising and dismissive emails from a professional company before. The tone of his emails showed the complete lack of concern or care for the product or the clients. I would expect a good company to show some concern and try to seek to see how things could have gone wrong. However all he tried to do was assign blame and go on the defensive. Extremely disappointing.
Although the company is cheap, it’s worth spending extra money to go for a company with a caring customer service department and one who will take accountability and seek to rectify any errors that occur. Lastly, I would recommend spending money on a fitted wardrobe that actually maximises the space you have rather than one with such a poor design that you actually lose large amounts of space within the wardrobe frame.
We were initially offered compensation for the incorrectly fitted frame but the company ended our conversations by removing this offer from us. We have been left with a wardrobe which does not fulfil our requirements, incorrectly fitted, with a void 9cm shelf that nothing can be stored on and no compensation at all. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company like this before.

We would like to clarify a few important points for context. The range you selected is part of our front frame system, which is designed as a more budget-conscious option. This construction uses a framed opening, which can result in a reduction of internal depth compared to our full cabinet fitted wardrobes.
Our full cabinet solutions are built differently, allowing for complete use of the available space and a more tailored, fully integrated finish. The differences between these options are outlined on our website to support customers in selecting the most suitable solution for their space and requirements.
In relation to the installation, when the issue with the frame depth was raised, we offered to arrange for our fitter to return and make the necessary adjustments. This is our standard resolution in situations like this to ensure the product is installed as intended.
We understand this was declined due to concerns around disruption, but without allowing us the opportunity to rectify the issue, our ability to provide an alternative resolution becomes limited.
We are also concerned to hear your comments regarding the communication you received. This certainly does not reflect the level of professionalism or care we expect from our team, and your feedback will be reviewed internally.
Our intention is always to find a fair and reasonable solution, and we’re sorry that on this occasion you feel this was not achieved. If you are open to it, we would still welcome the opportunity to revisit your case and work towards a resolution.
Bedroom design
Jonathan Padley our bedroom designer offered good advice and understood our needs.
The end result was very pleasing and works very well for us.
Good quality materials and fittings made assy and installation relatively simple.
Delivery was exactly as promised.
I would 100% recommend this company

Media wall not the same as the Online Bedroom portrays!
This media wall is not the same as the one shown on the website! We ordered the 3 mtr one with shelves and cupboards All came packed really well so we were please. My husband is a carpenter so it was all put together, but he said normally the bottom would have a kicker that sets back! So I went online and looked at the original one we ordered and sure enough it has a kicker (plinth) at the bottom. When I compared our one to it there are a few anomalies. The shelves have a bottom plate, which makes it look boxy instead of being flush, all around the top there is beading/cornice with the same along the top of the cupboards, this should be a slight overhang so the cupboards look flush! But the worse thing about it is there is a seam going right through the middle of the unit (where the cupboards are put together) I called and asked why doesn't the unit come with a 3 mtr top, and was told they dont physically make 3mtr long tops?? I was told that we could have a full refund IF we packaged it all up as when they bought it to us! We're happy with the unit, my point was it's knowingly not what is on the website, we paid alot of money for something that Online Bedrooms says is a bespoke piece of furniture,be assured it isn't! They've taken down the review I put on their website! So I've put it on trustpilot so people have a right to know about this Company! Very slippery and their response will be the same as the previous customer on these reviews who had the same problem!!

We’re pleased that the unit arrived well packaged and that assembly went smoothly. Our media wall furniture is designed as a modular system so that larger installations can be manufactured, transported and installed safely.
Due to standard board size limitations used across the furniture industry, 3m units cannot be produced with a single continuous top panel, which means the top is supplied in sections. This is normal practice and the split top is clearly stated within the product information on the product page.
Regarding the design features you’ve mentioned, the unit supplied matches the specification for the product ordered. While imagery online is intended to accurately represent the product, variations in interpretation can sometimes occur once a piece is assembled within a customer’s home environment.
When you contacted us, you explained that you were unhappy and enquired about receiving a refund. In line with our customer service policy, we offered to arrange collection of the furniture and provide a full refund should you wish to return it. We did not require the furniture to be repackaged exactly as it was delivered - only that it be available for collection if you chose to proceed with the return.
We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and transparently. If you would still like to discuss this further, our customer service team would be happy to assist.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. The delivery was on time and very well packaged. Easy to put the wardrobes together. Definitely need two people to assemble them. Some cutting involved but my husband is a whizz with things like that. All in all they look really good.

Great company providing bespoke wardrobes
Very helpful company that were able to provide us with fitted wardrobes for a difficult bedroom. The property is 18th Century with sloping ceilings, beams and uneven floors and walls. We wanted to install fitted wardrobes under the sloping ceilings and around the beams. The wardrobe carcasses and doors were of a high standard and were made to very precise measurements we provided. The fitting was tricky due to the nature of uneven surfaces etc but overall we are delighted with the result and are very happy to recommend Online Bedrooms.

The wardrobes themselves are utterly gorgeous, such great quality for a really reasonable price!
I have absolutely no bad things to say about them! Fantastic from start to finish!
If you choose to have someone else fit the wardrobes I highly recommend Alain Assembling too (recommended by the Online Bedrooms team) as they know exactly what they're doing and have it up in no time!

Did Not Take Us Seriously
We had an initial call where we went through what we wanted and gave room dimensions. I thought we came across as serious customers as I knew exactly what I wanted. We were promised a quote and some drawings via email but never received anything back... it has now been 1 week. Not sure if we were not taken seriously as we are younger but I definitely would not recommend. Unreliable. Waste of time.
For reference, the name used to book the call was my partner's name, not mine.

Absolutely delighted with our wardrobe from Online Bedrooms. The quality is fantastic — easily comparable to much more expensive competitors, but at a fraction of the price. The soft-closing drawers are a lovely touch and make it feel really premium. Everything feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great quality without paying over the odds.

Great company and service
Very helpful and personalised service from start to finish. The designer listened to our needs and helped us create a media unit to fit our space. The team kept me updated throughout and were happy to help. Really happy with the quality of the product and it was fairly easy to install ourselves. Great company!
