Many thanks to the Georgie car buying service in particular David Cates who was a pleasure to deal with in sourcing my new Subaru XV. My local Subaru dealer said I would have to wait 2 to 3 months for the colour of my choice to be shipped from Japan. David located the desired vehicle in one day and it will be delivered in 2 weeks! Not only did he locate the vehicle but he also saved me $2600 on the dealers recommended on road price. Overall a pleasant way to buy a new car and I couldn't recommend the service more highly. My experience with Georgie was excellent.
I was in the market for a Mazda CX-8 AWD Sport.
Rajeen was my consultant and he worked hard to get me a great deal. He made everything very easy and was a pleasure to deal with.

Very slow to respond to your initial query, I've been waiting over a week or two now and achieved nothing, haven't received a quote or anything.

Each time I've rung back all the sales consultants are busy, I've repeatedly asked if we could liaise via email because of this and I work full time which they said yes, and never did. They rung again though again I was at work.

I wouldn't recommend unless you have a high reserve of resources to keep following up.

Do you own legwork! I was referred to Georgie.com.au after placing an enquiring on the autoexpert.com.au website on a Tuesday. I received an email the following day that someone would phone me back within 48 hours. They didn't. I waited another half a day and phoned Georgie and eventually got put through to Alec. He told me he would get quotes and contact me again on Monday. He didn't. I then phoned on Tuesday afternoon and was told he was busy and they were closing soon. I said to just forget my request and I would go elsewhere, then I was put through to Alec. He scrambled together four quotes, the lowest of which was $700 more than I got quoted by another broker I can contacted out of frustration in the meantime. I let him know that and he said there would be more quotes coming in. Today (Friday) I rang the dealer that I did the test drive with. Without much difficulty, I have just bought a car from that dealer for $900 less than Georgie's "best" quote. The dealer was friendly and there was no hint of lies or coercion in our negotiations, unlike the horror scenarios John Cadogan suggests in his videos trying to drive business to Georgie.

Alec was fantastic. He saved us thousands and took the worry out of our hands. We tried to get the best deal we could and then went to Georgie who smashed our best efforts. My new, fresh off the docks, Kia was delivered to me with a full tank of petrol by the Mal, the dealer who went through all of the features thoroughly. I would highly recommend using the car broker, like Georgie. I will use them again for sure.

Georgie purchased my new SUV and saved me around 10%. I am very pleased with their service especially as the transaction was not straightforward. They also arranged for trade-in of my existing car at a price I was happy with. I would definitely recommend going through Autoexpert to purchase a new car and having Georgie handle the actual purchase and trade-in.
