Before joining, I had zero sales experience and honestly doubted whether I could ever sell high-ticket packages for my business. But this program's training completely changed that. The training alone is worth it, but what really sets it apart are the coaches, the support system, and the fact that the team truly cares about your success. Valerie shows up in a way that very few coaches at her level would.

So grateful I found Valerie! She’s one of the most down-to-earth and brilliant coaches I’ve ever met in this industry. Thank you for everything you do and the value you give so freely. And here’s the truth, success still requires your effort. But if you’re willing to put in the work, the guidance Valerie provides lays out the exact path and very detailed strategy to scale your business.

My experience with the OCI team has been amazing, and I feel so lucky to have gotten paired up with my coach! She guided me through the program and helped me build my business.

I couldn’t have asked for a better coach to support me in this process and I went from no clients and no business to my first 10k month.

This program has completely streamlined everything for me. After six months of trying on my own and getting nowhere, I finally had the tools, structure, and support I needed to build a successful business and I made $17K in just one month. The combination of one-on-one coaching (HUGE) and weekly team meetings gave me the confidence to put my program together and create content that actually connects and converts. The guidance is practical, personal, and exactly what I was missing before. It’s 100% worth the investment, I only wish I had joined sooner.

This company is having negative reviews removed for various reasons. (Mine was removed for mentioning the owner's name, even though many 5-star reviews also mention her name.) There are now [allegedly] 3+ negative (1-star) reviews mentioned. I left my original review in 2023, the company responded in 2023, flagged my review in 2023, and Trustpilot sided with me in 2023 that it did not go against their guidelines. However, 2 days ago, the business reported me for using the name of the business owner in my review. I refused to update my review to remove it because even positive reviews mention the business owner by name, and the business website linked from this page literally contains the business owner’s first and last name. For that reason, Trustpilot removed my original review from this page. I’ve not only lost trust in Trustpilot’s review process but also have an even more negative review of this business/[insert business owner name here] for having negative reviews removed for various reasons.

Edited to add: My original review was removed for including the business owner's name--2 years after it was initially written and disputed. I'm so glad she feels comfortable enough signing her response though to add salt to the wound. Especially since her [2023] response to my [2023] review initially included my last name, which was not public knowledge and unable to be flagged the way she flagged MY review for using her first name. Unfortunately, that review + response was removed from Trustpilot though, so now all I have is screenshots as proof of this claim if needed. :)

RIP [alleged] former fellow complaint lodgers who also [allegedly] claim to have lost money as a result of their investment: Yaakov, Anthony, and any others not named here. Allegedly. May you find more success elsewhere.

The coaches within OCI know their stuff! They give great guidance and can meet you on any level of help you need. The main areas I gained in include: marketing strategies; perspective, skills and confidence in sales (they approach sales as leadership and being of service to others, which completely changed my perspective on sales!); using social media as a funnel to bring in new clients on a regular basis; and how to value your own self and the services you have to offer others. It's truly a well-organized, hugely knowledgeable, valuable program that also comes from a perspective of solid morals towards others. I highly encourage others to take advantage of what OCI offers and lean into the program!

Lost thousands and went broke because of Valerie. Worst experience that I am still recovering from. There are better coaches out there, save your money and run while you can.

Valerie's coaching blends a no nonsense no fluff approach with real business advice and combines mindset to give you real breakthroughs. Her and her team are all amazing and genuinely are there for you to win. They offer a bunch of support throughout the entire experience. She is a real expert in the field and breaks things down in a language that is simple to understand. Can't recommend enough!

OCI is one of the very few coaching programs where the founder (Valerie) has actually run and scaled an actual coaching offer herself BEFORE selling the business program. I think this is the key reason OCI is different from other coaching programs out there. Selling a business program is VERY different than selling a health or other coaching program. By nature, people investing in business are generally in the mindset of knowing they need to invest to increase the sales of their business. Not so much for people investing in health coaching or other types of coaching programs. I highly recommend OCI, even for beginners who aren't tech savvy at all. Valerie and Neill are always testing the market and updating the program, which you have lifetime access to. What they teach works and their energy is contagious. So much to gain working with someone who has direct experience actually scaling a coaching offer first!

OCI has not only helped me grow my health coaching business, but it’s made me a better coach and a better PERSON.

I signed up for OCI in August 2019, and nearly 4 years later, I’m writing this review in awe of how far I’ve come.

When I started OCI, I had about 10 online coaching clients and a program that was growing, but I had ZERO idea how to scale.

Scales scared the crap out of me.

And my biggest questions was: how do I get leads on a CONSISTENT basis?

I tried several low-ticket offers before OCI:

—an 8-week business building course

While this was helpful, I knew I needed WAY more to build a successful business and help as many people as I can.

Copywriting, lead generation, sales, and managing all of the stress/fear/overwhelm that a business owner endures on a weekly basis. You’ll have all the support you need.

Valerie and her team have been AWESOME in helping me develop my business, create a scalable and sustainable coaching program I adore, and best of all, showing me what I can do when I put my mind to it. In OCI, you can ask questions in weekly Q&As, meet 1:1 with your personal coach, and get specific feedback on all aspects of your coaching program. The support is consistent and invaluable.

Valerie and her team are professional, but they're also caring, encouraging, and personal. They're 100% there for you if you show up in the program and do the work.

- committed

... then I'd truly encourage you to take that leap and join the program! I did, and my total contracted amount so far is $14.3K! And in many ways, I'm just getting started!

I would NOT recommend you join if ...

- you want someone else to do everything for you
- you tend to start things and not finish them
- you're unwilling to try new things and accept new challenges
- you don't have a compelling reason that motivates you to keep going no matter what!

Bottom line: This program is NOT too good to be true. But you'd better be willing to put in the work!!! Getting the results you want is 100% up to you!
