OnLine Conveyancing Centre レビュー

Hannah was such a professional and knowledgable team member. She always answered our calls and emails, no stone was left unturned. I actually felt like they cared about my transaction rather than just another sausage on the conveyabelt, thus why I felt empowered to write this review - thank you and see you next time!

I never ever refer someone to onlineconveyancingcentre because they never communicate to you. They took my paper after a week I sign on the contract with the real estate agent. They never gone through the contract papers and I had to push them through to the next steps. Their senior staff is very rude and I felt some how to finish the dealings. They wont comeback to you until and unless you ask them what I have to do next. very very bad customer focus.. When I called them initially they said they have got a million dollar property to do the settlement and this very normal for them... Their staff never spoken to me politely ..

I used these guys from my Gold Coast Conveyancing and they were amazing! The whole process was stress free and a breeze. Thanks again Sonia and the Team.
