Desgraciadamente cuando envíe el documento a reparar en modo demo y me enseñaron la Primera página , si se veía el documento, pero solo la primera página que es la única que está bien… Luego hice el pago y al recoger el documento, solo se veía esa primera página y lo demás corrupto. Al reclamar mi insastisfaccion, me comentan que si no se ha podido reparar, es que esta corrupto el documento… Pues eso. Pero yo he pagado… Por lo menos devolverme el dinero… Este mundo digital está lleno de falta de empatía… Mejor volver a las personas de carne y hueso. Buenos días.

Le envias un documento y te mandan la mitad. Un fraude y un robo. Los 10,99 Euros peor gastados. Menuda panda de ladrones.

D'une parfait inutilité si ce n'est la rapidité d'encaissement de dix euros.

I had a file on my password USB drive corrupt and lost all my recorded passwords. I was given an option to have the file restored for 10 dollars. I paid it and I now have everything back. Love the company. Trustpilot is the company to go to.

I already paid the service charges you asked for but not satisfied with the service. In my excel file there were 2 pages but I can not see both the pages. Kindly check and send properly recovered excel file again.

Promised a preview of the "repaired" PPT file before charging, did not do so and the resulting "repair" of our PPTX file was a pile of useless graphics that have nothing to do with the original service description. No response from support regarding my inquiry. AVOID.

My Powerpoint presentation could not be recovered and all I got were the photos that had been inside the slides! Eventually I was able to completely restore the presentation with the help of MS Support, so I was charged by this company for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING>

El archivo que me entregaron de vuelta no contiene la información crítica que requiero del mismo. El proceso es totalmente impersonal y no se comunican con el cliente para validar el tipo de datos que se deben recuperar. Luego del proceso, les escribí de inmediato y no me respondieron ni le dieron seguimiento.

PSD recovery 50% only, but at least it was 50% !

The access database recovered but the accents and other characters in spanish get lost

Didn't recover the full file, support's response was poor. Don't waste your money.

The program did not fix what was wrong with my computer. I have asked to be reimbursed and have not received an answer yet.

Bait and switch-data corrupted PSD file was somehow converted from 80mb to 133kb, with no layers, and blank content. Companies like this should be seized and fined out of existence by the FCC. Buyer beware.
