We recently bought a number of lights from the online store they arrived quickly extremely well and carefully packaged the lights were of great quality and looked better than we could have hoped for, As we had bought a light that way too big for where we had planned to put it we had to arrange for a return. When we contacted the online lighting store to arrange this they were amazing to deal with and seamlessly arranged for the light to be picked up and promptly refunded the amount.

If this isn't the case, it's always worth sending an email or ringing us & we are more than happy to speak with the courier to resolve any issues.
