Excellent service when most needed
Dr Merola stepped in at a critical moment and was kind and professional in all his dealings with my wife during her recent depressive episode. He also responded quickly to emails between scheduled consultations to put our minds at rest with issues arising outside of working hours. He facilitated a smooth transfer of care to the NHS psychiatrist who has now taken over as part of the local CMHT.
