I had a wonderful experience with Only Games recently. Ordered two different sets of minis and they came a day or so ago and look wonderful! Granted, it did take a bit to ship, but unfortunately that’s what happens to a small company when they become WILDLY POPULAR! They’ve had a backlog of work to get out, and they take their time printing. Good things take time, and I’m an older dude so I am full of patience. They shipped well-printed, and almost completely “cleaned” prints…I only had a few stray bits of support that I cleaned up, but I’m obsessive like that. ;)

Loved the experience and would HAPPILY order from them again!

I received multiple items from the Trench Crusade Kickstarter. There was some warping in a few smaller pieces, but I understand this is normal with resin prints and it was easily fixed by dipping the parts in hot water and watching them move back into the correct shape.

Unfortunately, I was missing one of the models from the collection. After a quick email discussion to explain the issue, Only Games sent me the model out and rectified the problem. This was great customer service.

Having a order not be delivered after 2 months of waiting is horrible. When the product page says shipped by the 15'th day. Is pretty bad...

I received models from the Trench Crusade Kickstarter campaign. My models arrived with a few parts warped, but were otherwise great quality prints. After reaching out to the support team for assistance with the warping, they sent me replacement minis free of charge very quickly.

The models I received for Trench crusade were in good condition. Some slight warping and they neede a bit o clean up but nothing major. One piece from the multi part kit was missing however. I contacted cutomer support and provided them with pictures and got a reply within a couple hours. I received a replacement for the missing part within a reasonable time and free of charge. Very happy with the customer service experience :)

No issues at all from my POV, slight delay on the order but came as requested and customer service helpful when I chased.

Received my trench crusade physical miniatures.

Very disappointed, model broken, other models packaged so tightly weapons are warped, most likely never be right and a wrong mini.

Generally not great quality, expected better than I could do at home but should have opted for the stls as on my consumer grade equipment I could do much better.

Now left in a position where I have admin work to get what I paid for.

Will not be using only-games and any further Kickstarters or crowd funding that has them will be avoided.

At first, the condition of the order was not as expected, but after a mail, the Customer team was amazing.

They sent the whole batch for free and the quality of it was perfect.

Thanks to them for this brillant following, the order was great.

Good quality miniatures and I have ordered from them multiple times. I recently received my Trench Pilgrims war-band from the Trench Crusade kickstarter, where a few parts were damaged. The customer support team quickly resolved the issue and sent out replacements. Overall great products and servicess!

I had a few small piece missing from a kickstarter campaign fulfillment and emailed to let them know. They responded really quickly and sent out a replacement straight away. The customer service team were friendly and helpful.

I ordered miniatures for Star Wars Armada during November, unfortunately some were damaged and one was missing a part. Those things can happen sometimes, I wasn't angry at all. I contacted the customer service support team to tell them about my problem and they were very patient, receptive and helpful. They kindly offered me replacements for each part that was damaged or missing and I received it a few days ago.
I am very satisfied with my experience and will purchase again at Only Games if need be.

Had to contact customer service due to an issue with my Trench Crusade fulfillment. They were highly responsive and quickly made things right.

I ordered miniatures through Only Games as a birthday present for my daughter. I experienced an issue through UPS when receiving my order and Olive on Only Games’s customer support team was extremely helpful. I’m very pleased with the support I received from Only Games in resolving the shipping issue. Olive was friendly and immediately took steps to replace the lost shipment. My daughter loved her gift, and I’m sure we will be purchasing from Only Games again soon.

Very quick response to missing part. Good figures.

Anyone considering ordering from Only Games should save themselves the trouble, money and hassle. After my order was postponed for another 2 weeks after 4 weeks of processing, you would think that the quality would at least be good, but bullshit. Every straight part is absolutely bent to hell, extreme layerlines and many broken parts. When asked several times, only games stated that parts had to be reprinted due to their high quality standards, which is an absolutely bottomless impudence considering the quality that arrived.
0/10 I would not recommend to anyone

I ordered 4 bits for printing on 3/2. Still had nothing by 4/3. After multiple back and forth emails ensuring me the items were being printed I was told they were having quality issues and only wanted to ship the best quality. The next day tracking was uploaded but didn't move in 5 days. Items arrived 4/11. 4 bits were printed and delivered, but 2 were duplicates, meaning one was missing. All were bent and warped beyond use. Paypal issued immediate refund. Now I see the multiple horrible reviews and I'm not suprised.

Negative stars:

Thieves, they took my money, and shipped nothing, but I still get advert emails from them. Scammers should be jailed.

UPDATE. After being told they had finished all but one of my miniatures ordered, they sent the order out and it's a shambles. Bits of the support still attached, pieces broken and just full on missing. Two of them came headless with two different heads in the package that didn't fit the models. I have to give a 1 but if I could, it would be lower. I'm now waiting on their 'resolution team' to refund my order...

Order placed on 1st of January for five figures. Still waiting for them now. Am chasing a refund from them because they just keep spouting the "unexpected rush over the holidays" type of excuse.

Sharing my experience as I wanted to give Only-games a try before Trench Crusade comes out in physical prints.
I put in my order on January 16th for 2 items marked as "Shipped within 15 work days". A generic e-mail was sent out after a while apologising for delays as they'd been swamped with orders around the Christmas holidays. After about 2 months (54 workdays) I sent a message asking if there were any updates to my order as well as voicing some of my opinions about their business practices. I got a sorry back and that they'd try and push my order through to the fulfillment-team.

2 days later I got the tracking number for the shipment.

When the miniatures arrived, many of them had parts that were badly skewed and bent out-of-shape. I don't think they were properly cured either compared to various other prints bought on Etsy before, so I've left them out to cure in the sun.

All in all, not happy with my experience and therefore I'll most likely stay way in the future.
