Very good customer service. So helpful. The tracking of the items whilst they were on there way was easy and informative. Great experience.

Originally ordered by there was a problem with shipment Nina from only vintage help sort out a replacement which came swiftly. I would say it was a five star service

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, and unintentionally ordered the same two. I wrote to the company and they told me that I had selected the wrong color for the same two glasses. And they were right. Afterwards, they told me that, out of kindness, they were going to send me another pair to thank me for having started the first time. Many thanks to them and to Nina.

Very helpful and accommodating... I highly recommend them... great customer service!!!

Fantastic company and great quality sunglasses!

I ordered mine and they came perfect just without the box and wiping cloth for some reason and they decided to send me ANOTHER 2 pair of sunglasses for FREE and with the box and cloth because of that small mistake.

I am very happy & satisfied :)

I didn’t receive any calls from delivery company but they said the delivery company couldn’t contact me
I wrote an email for them and contact them on Fb, Ig but no one answered me

I had a mailing issue with my order that required my glasses to be sent back. Nina from Only Vintage Amsterdam was really amazing with helping me retrieve my order and was very consistent and attentive through the whole process. The qulity and how glases made is perfect its alredy 4-5 stars but im writing about customer service so im going to talk about it, i had a issue that colour of glases dosent fit me and i contacted company by email and support service helped me with all i need and i managed to swap to another glasses, so 10/10 for support service.
I bought INFINITY sunglases Blue and Black colour if someone going to order this glases im going to say they are good.

I had a problem with the postal service and the company answered me immediately and not only that but they sent me my package again completely free of charge.. how can I not order from them again and not trust them again? keep up the excellent work you are doing!

Not the last order from this website! my glasses came broken because of the company of delivery. Lady from support helped me and i’m getting a new pair of gorgeous glasses! 100% recommend.

Top service, my glasses were broken, i sent an email and in 3 hours i recieved an email back. In the email they said that new glasses were coming my way.

Very nice size of the glasses can’t deny this however:
1. Very long time of delivery (do not get baited by the name “Amsterdam” the parcel doesn’t come from there neither the shop)
2. Poor quality (It’s a drop shipping company that makes tons of money over a low prices Temu items)
3. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OVERALL BAD EXPERINECE!
