Good service
This company has great customer service, but I'll admit it is hard to find their phone number. Chat and email did not work (never received the password reset email) so phone number was critical in getting my issue resolved. Finally found it at the bottom of an email.

All natural flea and tick shampoo
I purchased a bottle of the flea and tick shampoo because my one dog has allergies. I had bathed all three of them on a Tuesday made sure to lather them really good and by Friday morning it was like they never got a flea bath.

I wish I had looked at the reviews about auto shipping and custom service before I ordered from them. Horrible experience with the custom service after receiving my supposed to be 1 year subscription within 3 months from the initial order. I required manage to contact me back since the only thing the representative can do is setup a return but I have to pay the shipping cost by myself to ship the order back. It is 6 bags of dog food weight over 150lb. They shipped it out on Saturday, but custom service don't work on weekend, so there was no way to stop the shipping before it is too late. So, why should I pay for error in the auto shipping system!!!!!!! Anyway, after two weeks, no follow up replies from this company at all. I guess they really don't care about their reputation. Cancelled the subscription, hope they don't ship anything in the future. At this point, I don't expect things get solved. Plan to post this review to other platforms.
Huge Rip-Off Company, Nothing They Do Is Genuine Or Customer-Oriented
I could have gotten cheapest USPS shipping for free, but I paid $36 for "2day fedex" delivery due to disabilities & needing FRONT DOOR delivery, not parcel lockers at the top of the hill. They took my $36 but shipped the cheapest USPS Ground Advantage, so it was dumped inside a parcel locker where it waited 2 days for someone to get it for me. They don't respond to email complaints. Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their spam emails (a link required by US law) and you end up on a page where you can sign up for MORE spam, but nothing there to get spam to stop. Biggest rip-off I've seen online in a very long time.
Watch out for wood pieces
I am super upset with this company.
I have been buying the Senior Mobility CBD chews for my senior dog for a very long time.
A month ago or so, I found a wood piece. Reached out, had horrible customer service, wrote a review on BBB, finally got a response that was helpful.
Got 2 more containers since on their actual website. Opened the first one, I checked today and long behold, another wood chip.
Why am I finding WOOD in my dogs supplement chews? I feel like they don't care, they are NOT apologetic, and they're not friendly! I'm so pissed. Just if you buy ANYYYYthing from here, LOOK OUT FOR WOOD!
Too many problems with the website
Too many problems with the website, and customer service is rude. I placed an order. Then I wanted to double check and make sure I didn't have it on autoship. Their website said I didn't have an account with them. Sure enough, the items autoshipped at an outrageous price. Again I tried to login and their website said I didn't have an account. When I contacted customer service, they told me I do have an account with them. The next email I got was a "welcome" email for my new account. It was too late though. The autoship was already sent to an old address and I was charged for it.
TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK HERE!!!
Placed an order for my Zelda's birthday at 300.00.She likes venison so I bought the only natural pet jerky treats.Very small bags so I bought eleven total.Well they are brick hard not a nice chewy texture at all so I decided to check the expiration date. Turns out that they expire in just a few weeks!!!.I called up to set up a return of course and unbelievably they not only told me that its all on me at my expense to send the stale junk back BUT they also canceled my new order for dogfood delivery!!!Horrible people who don't even care about my dog.They sent me two emails to tell me that my order was in fact canceled because I used a ð 35 percent off coupon!!!This is after the order was placed two days ago.Bad customer service!!!!I never used a coupon at all!!!I set it for subscribe and save and it automatically gives you 35 percent off no coupon involved!Ok so one email says you can use the coupon for only one item.The other tells me you can not use any coupon.They are on drugs???
I USED to love them but now I can't trust them
Two stars because I liked the quality of the food, until now. I would give 1 star for the customer service. I've been a happy customer for 5+ years and have collaborated with them as an influencer. But I can no longer recommend them. This past order, I was sent two bags of food that expire in 1 month! They were completely unapologetic when I let them know what happened and that I couldn't possibly use two bags in a few weeks and they said I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping. Shipping it back would cost about as much as the food cost. I'm pretty sure they know that and they're counting on pocketing the money. After many appeals and suggestions on how they could right this situation, they dug their heels into the ground.
If this was another company, they may have been transparent and the product would have been marked down and I would know NOT to purchase the product OR they would have refunded me and told me to donate the product. Honestly, by the time they receive the product back, they will have to toss it or perhaps send it to another unsuspecting consumer. They've broken the trust I had with their products and they don't seem to care to keep me as a customer. Use at your own risk.

I placed a big order for supplements to help with immunity for my 15 rescue kitties. One of my kitties had just got over a URI that took 3 10 day courses of 2 different kinds of antibiotics. EVERY product was a disappointment. The Senior Vitamins smelled so bad that I was afraid to feed it to my kitties! Smelted like burned plastic. The flavoured bone broths had no smell or taste ( yep,,,I tasted them to see.) Could pass for water, but added to the wet food, ALL 15 NOPED them!
I called to return it and to my dismay, was told I had to pay to ship it back, So much for that "Happiness guarantee!" That's a purely worthless come on. Kinda like a campaign promise! LOL!

What we hoped would be a great relationship when it came to buying locally...it was not. In the year that we've been customers, Only Natural Pet Store, has let us down on multiple occasions. We had a standing order of Wholesome Homemade for our dogs...3 times they were out. Twice they sent us 3-6lb bags for the price of the one we normally get. However, this past time they sent us the 3-6lb. and charged us more...without letting us know. The charge just showed up! They obviously have supply chain issues...as well as customer service issues, as they can't communicate to save their lives.
High prices they have, integrity they do not.
Good quality, poor service
The dry cat food is really good, but in spite of signing up for their auto-delivery service, the company doesn't seem to be able to reliably supply the food on schedule.
I know everyone has supply chain issues at the moment, but when you have MONTHS to prepare to send out an order, you should be able to deliver, and if you are not, customers deserve more than a couple of days warning that their order isn't coming.

THE WORST PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been buying the Only Natural Pet PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner, which has super food bites & 100% raw wild salmon. However, when I bought a bag of it last time, there are barely no super food bites and 100% raw wild salmon in it. I contacted the company directly since they were the one manufactured it, but the customer service was VERY rude and not helpful at all. They told me just to take it back to the store I got it from. RIDICULOUS!!!!! No apology or offering for free bag coupon whatsoever!!! I highly recommend to AVOID ANY PET FOODS from this useless company with VERY POOR quality control.
