This is honestly the best stuff ever! I have suffered since a teenager and now in my 40’s, with cystitis and UTI’s. But this tonic is amazing it really does stop symptoms going too far if you take as soon as you feel anything coming. I ran out and got a UTI, had to have antibiotics but it still didn’t actually clear until I started the tonic again! Thank you! So glad there is now a subscription so I won’t run out!

My mother who is in her 80s has had bladder issues (pain) for a number of years. She has seen doctors, consultants all over a period of time to no avail. She seen this advertisement for this product and wanted to see if this worked. I was sceptical at first and read all the information at hand. I went on to purchase this item. She has been taking it,for just over 4 months and she calls it her magic juice! Her symptoms have reduced considerably, less discomfort and pain. Which is the goal.

I got the unflavoured powder and so far it is great and easy to drink! I mix it currently with my flavoured creatine so it’s easy to take daily.

What’s made me try it is the fact I have been suffering with reoccurring uti symptoms and I do not want to go down the antibiotic and doctors route I want to help myself naturally. Rather than treat I want to prevent as a way to not feel scared to live again, be intimate with my partner and enjoy day to day life without the worry of if I don’t drink enough water one day I’m going to be suffering with uti symptoms the next!

As a woman in the design industry what really pulled me to the product was the overall branding and advertising, it looks beautiful, onoma has done a fantastic job on the website and making something that is still taboo to discuss feel safe.

Stumbled over this product through a friend from London and I am in LOVE. I love how the blush lemonade one tastes and has helped me soo much. If you also get several UTIs a year, I 100% recommend this, because just after a few months, the UTIs fully stopped.

As a chronic UTI sufferer, I was having to take antibiotics regularly over ten years to treat them. Having a product that has helped me come off antibiotics is a game-changer. For me, the stand out ingredient is D-Mannose and everything else is an added bonus to help prevention.

I saw it advertised on a podcast, ordered it straight away and it arrived very quickly!
Overall I was pleased with the product.
It did go hard before I was able to actually use all of it. Although, I did store it in a cool dry place as described

When I did use the product, I wasn’t very keen on the taste. Really had to force it down. However, I was willing to do so as it did seemed to stop a possible UTI developing.

I would use again if I could rely on the product not going hard, as this made it difficult to dissolve in water

Such an amazing product!! I’ve never suffered from chronic UTIs, but I do get them once or twice a year especially after sex. It’s so reassuring to have something I can take daily, or as needed, that gives me peace of mind knowing I’m less likely to get a UTI. Taking Tract Tonic before and after sex has made such a difference for me, and it’s also taken away a lot of the anxiety I used to feel around sex. This product is honestly life-changing. Thank you!

Discovering onoma health has been a life changer for me. After suffering with constant kidney infections and water infections I am left with the most uncomfortable bladder sensation with symptoms I battle with daily. I very rarely write reviews for things, but I have to for this. I’ve struggled for 2 years with recurring UTIs and literally nothing I did would stop them from coming back.

After trying this, I noticed a difference within days (I literally was in shock) It’s the first thing that’s actually worked and has actually made the systems go away

Genuinely the best supplement ever - if you’re struggling with UTIs this is absolutely worth trying!!!

I was skeptical because nothing has worked for the years of torture (I wish I was being dramatic!) Of constant UTIs that came on with, and without triggers. I honestly thought it would be another trial and fail but it wasn't! I have finally found something that as soon as I feel a niggle and take it its gone very soon. Even when I did get one (when away for the night with a glass or two of wine) When I did get home I thought i was in for a day of pain, hot water bottles and sleeping it off but after taking this within an hour it was pretty much gone.

This has honestly helped me so much and helped with the anxiety of when the next flare up will be. If you're thinking of trying it I would say go for it. Hopefully it will help you out as much as it did for me.

I’ve had UTIs for decades, every time after intercourse, sometimes even after drinking alcohol. I’ve seen urologists in multiple countries and tried everything: operations, the new vaccine, you name it. Nothing ever worked and I basically lived on antibiotics.

I honestly didn’t think Onoma would do anything, but figured I had nothing to lose. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it actually works. I take half a teaspoon every day, and a bit more if my chances are higher. I haven’t had a single UTI since. It’s honestly incredible and completely life changing. I’ve suffered from interstitial cystitis for over 18yrs and while nothing can cure it (hyaluronic acid injections and acupuncture help though!) I have found that consistently taking mannose and electrolytes helps manage the symptoms.
I have tried many over the years but the Sonoma solution is by far one of the most effective, so I highly recommend if you are struggling with chronic bladder pain
