Truly a great experience, wanted to print up a booklet of limited quantity, about 50 copies. OnPress did a wonderful job, fast and easy. I had questions and they provided answers. Once submitted the document was produced within a few days and shipped. Super easy process.

OnPress was easy to work with and quite simply the hero of my week. When I was finally ready to upload my book to IngramSpark, I discovered they'd changed their turnaround time for printing to past my release date. I found OnPress through an Internet search and was super pleased with their responsiveness and that they answered the phone! (You can't even get a hold of anyone at Ingram on a phone.) The quality was phenomenal, if a little heavier than the IS paper, AND they made my deadline with days to spare. They even got it to me just a day or two after a blizzard! In a rush, OnPress is the best! I will be reaching out for bulk orders in the summer.

Everyone was responsive and constructive. The prepress team was able to point out things that I could not see on my computer but I was able to correct them particularly regarding photographs.

I thought the price was very reasonable and the time from submission to delivery was less then two weeks which I thought remarkable. Everything was handled through email. I didn’t fully understand the file setup at first, and they sent my files back a few times while I figured it out. That part was on me — I was learning in real time. Once I corrected everything, though, the result was absolutely worth it.

This is just a proof copy, and it already feels high-end. The matte hardcover is smooth and substantial. The binding is solid. The paper quality feels premium. The color is rich and accurate. Structurally, it’s perfect. There’s nothing I would change.

If I had one ask, I’d love to see The Black Skin Bible featured on their website as an example of what they can produce. It’s a strong showcase piece, and that kind of visibility would feel like a true partnership.

Overall, I’m proud of what we created — and very happy with the final product.
