I ordered some kitchen equipment in January. Around a month later instead of the £67 of kitchen equipment, I received four greetings cards!
I contacted the company and was told that there was a mix up at the warehouse and that my stuff would be resent.
It’s May, and despite several emails that my items have been made ready for sending…. Nothing. Fraudulent company. Do not use!!!

Couldn't leave no stars. Appalling fake website offering kitchen ware at sale prices that simply don't exist . I have been hammering the email address asking for the items in question or a refund as they failed to fulfil the sales contract. AVOID. Same old story and I should have clocked it earlier , ...why would le Creuset pans be shipped from China. 🤔😡😞 , when they're only made in France.

Exactly same as previous comments, orderd £26 wort of items only to recieve a thankyou card 4 weeks later with no sign of the items or repliesto my email, claiming scam back from Barclaycard, lesson learned !

STOP STOP STOP!!! I just recieved my “package”…after a month. I ordered some Le creuset kitchen appliances- and I just received a small Thank you card! That was it…😡
UNFORTUNATELY 0 STARS IS NOT AN OPTION!!!

Order never arises, if you try to contact them you get no answer.
