Excellent and very professional service, with helpful and very friendly manners.

Ollie was very polite and as we had a tight deadline to complete we were advised to go with the top package 6 to 8 week. Surveys came very quick , although had to ask for these, but we're happily sent to me . The whole process no chain motivated seller 7 weeks 1 day , just in time for our end of tenancy! FABULOUS!

The team is very professional & will definitely use the service again…

Ollie has supported us with several sale and purchases over the past couple of years and has always gone above and beyond to ensure that we have received an outstanding service.
He often responded at times that I’m sure we’re outside of his regular working hours and when we found ourselves in a situation where we were unhappy with our solicitor he quickly helped us to resolve the situation.
He has been very kind and supportive throughout some very difficult times and I would highly recommend him

I cannot thank enough Ollie from OntheMoov enough. Working with him was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Had to rewrite this review as the company didn’t like the direct feedback. Instead I’ll summarise it as a reflection of our personal experience.

In our opinion this broker’s approach is flawed. Rather then present us with a list of
conveyancing firms tailored to our individual requirements, they sent us directly to PCS Legal. A quick look at their client reviews gives you insight to their questionable reputation. Unsurprisingly, they fell well short of expectations. At times I was essentially doing their role with contacting third parties etc. Our dealings were with paralegals who excelled in making mistakes, some of which have had financial impact. PCS Legal have admitted these in writing to us, but denied any meaningful compensation, so the Legal Ombudsman has been called on.

It’s our opinion that On the Moov should take some responsibility for the actions of the conveyancing firm forced upon us. Unfortunately, at this time of writing, On the Moov don’t fall under the regulation of Legal Ombudsman, so your only recourse to financial loss would be the Small Claims Court.

Personally, despite the attractive price point, I would not recommended. Instead, get quotes from a major high street lender’s conveyancing section. This will help ensure that you receive a good service, of which PCS Legal did not provide us with.

I thoroughly regret using this firm for a (very straightforward) conveyancing - and I'm sorry to have to post this poor review.

Ollie has done his best, from the beginning when the website failed to alert him to my purchase of the (mid range) conveyancing package and so, despite my having paid the money, nothing happened. Ollie worked late one evening to catch up.

However everything went downhill from there when Ollie allotted the conveyancing to Hutchins Law. Despite all the good reviews here on Trustpilot (and perhaps due to some reorganisation at Hutchins Law?) this firm proved a nightmare from the start.

So now I am having to take this very straightforward conveyancing matter (cash purchase, no chain on either side, etc.) somewhere else.

In fact I'm having to start all over again with another conveyancer - five weeks and two days into the conveyancing. (And I'm going to have to prepare a case for the ombudsman into the bargain - when I should be getting ready to move.)

So, despite Ollie himself being a good guy, the service has been an utter failure and a rotten experience.

I'm afraid there is no way I would make any recommendation about Onthemoov except - avoid it.

I used onthemoov as was only selling and felt their fixed fee and reviews were outstanding. The service I received from.both was exceptional. Strongly recommend.

The solicitor they appointed for me was great!
