I was trying to figure out on how to maintain an HTML format to send out as an email .
It sounds easy but I was trying for quite some time until I asked Chase from Ontraport. He showed me the step by step process on how to do it. I am thankful on how he is so patient with me.

Ok, up until now I have not considered myself tech savvy at all. I signed up for a program to help empower myself with my online business management and marketing, and they recommended Ontraport. I was VERY nervous.
Yet I find I am learning and understanding Ontraport with much more ease than any other email or web based platform I have used.
But the icing on the cake is the Live Chat Support. Anytime I have a difficulty, I go in there. Someone is always available to help within minutes. They explain things well, and even send links to custom made in the moment videos to show me where to click and what to change. In doing things this way, I am even more empowered because I'm learning within the system. And their kind and speedy responses relieve frustration and keep me in motion. When a challenge is too big or needs more attention, they move to email support to spend more time and dig into things. Which has also been fantastic.
What I'm most impressed with is the speed at which many support techs are able to figure out what I've done or missed, and then show me how to correct it. And if I don't understand, they are kind and considerate in responding.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Ontraport support. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this service.

I have used Ontraport's support chat many times and the representatives are consistently helpful and kind. I appreciate their time as I relay sometimes complicated questions and issues. Although my questions are usually answered within the chat time, there have been times when more review and research is necessary and they always get back to me as quickly as possible with the findings and next steps and/or resolutions. I am so appreciative of their kindness and assistance.
