Great tracking, I was not aware it was coming from Europe so it took longer than expected but you kept me informed and it arrived perfectly packaged. Love the product.

It took forever! However, the commication regarding tracking was perfect.

I am very happy with the product. Communication from the company was very good in managing my expectations on when to expect it and I would buy from them again.

I ordered 3, the first one I opened, the roller doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t roll freely. I don’t know if the product itself is good, because nothing comes out. Any suggestions?

The “rose quartz” roller does not work well. I have my doubts about the rose quartz roller. I lived in an area where rose quartz is highly concentrated and even if the raw quartz is barely pink, there is always some color. Also it was stated that it is refillable. Good luck getting the top off. It appears to be not threaded properly. I finally gave up.

I’m disappointed…as usual. Took way too long for shipping because I thought it was coming from the USA.

Finally got here yesterday, but the roller will not work unless I turn it manually. I’m not opening the second one at this time.

Never again! I’ll buy locally when I can.

There were no problems or complications.

Seems to work ok, I will give it some time to do its thing or not
