They sent me a new vial even though my first one was ruined by my own doing !
So I ordered a 30mg vial of triz and the first thing I’d like to rave about is the price point !! With shipping I paid under $120 and it came with a large syringe for reconstituting, a good bit of alcohol wipes, and also a full bag of syringes. I’ve ordered from about 3 different suppliers now & they are the first to add those on for no extra cost ! And secondly I did not know this but using bac water that’s very cold to reconstitute can ruin and cause your peptide to go foggy which means you should no longer use it.. well that’s what I did with mine like I’ve done before and it caused mine to go foggy which is of course my own fault and doing, now prior to this knowledge I had emailed onyx to see if maybe there was a way to fix it and they emailed me back so fast and without me even asking they helped me through it all and had already sent me a new bottle ! Most companies would not send you a replacement when they were not at fault for it being bad. I really cannot get over how great my experience has been with them. Will be recommending them to my family and friends for sure !!

I must say i was very hesitant at…
I must say i was very hesitant at first. however after placing order I received it within the week. everything went well. 1 month after placed my next order and again got it within a week, no problem. Today went to place order and little trouble with website but eventually everything went through. still early on so to soon for results, only reason 4 star not 5. Will update. thank you Onyx.

Ordered peptide(s) from ONYX on 7-6-26 and paid for 3-5 day shipping; Package arrived on 7-24-26 damaged and missing product. Reached out to Customer Service on 7-24-26 for resolution with pics and evidence and have heard nothing 4 days later. I think i have been scammed.

Claiming you "heard nothing" and calling us a "scam" is completely false. We have reached out to you repeatedly across multiple channels, but you have ignored every single message:
Emails Sent: July 21st, July 28th at 12:50 AM, and July 28th at 5:15 PM — explaining the UPS Memphis transit delay, providing tracking, and offering to reship your order with extra vials at zero cost to you.
SMS Sent: July 28th at 12:52 AM, 12:56 AM, and July 28th at 12:42 PM — following up directly to your phone to make sure you saw our support messages.
Instead of replying to any of our 6+ emails and texts so we could take care of you, you went straight to filing a credit card chargeback and posting a negative review.
As a owner of QDashCam yourself, you know carrier delays happen, but ignoring a team actively trying to reship your order out of pocket is completely uncalled for. Our offer to reship your replacement order still stands if you actually reply to our emails or texts and address the chargeback so we can resolve this.
Is it ever not a scam if the email for Zelle payments is a Gmail account?
I was about to buy mainly because of reviews here, but in the end the email for Zelle was a Gmail account once I question that they stopped corresponding with me

Reliable fast shipping. Once, they forgot the needles I ordered and they refunded me for it immediately after I contacted customer service. Peptides always arrive and seem to be effective.

Hi Chris, there seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding of standard laboratory research materials here. Our compounds are professionally lyophilized (freeze-dried), which concentrates the pure active peptide into a microscopic cake or vacuum-sealed layer at the bottom of the vial. It is completely normal for the vial to appear empty or contain a minimal puck until your laboratory reconstitutes it with a liquid medium. All of our batches are third-party tested to guarantee exact milligram content and >99% purity. Missing Starter kit, RESOLVED
Missing Starter kit, and the small box inside bubble envelope was crushed, vial was ok but China manufacturer ships in hard plastic container with vial encased and inside another cardboard box. HOWEVER their Support team responded with great service and resolved the oversight, kudos to them! Will buy again!
