I’ve had a good experience with Onyx Odds so far. The interface is smooth and the props are easy to navigate. I reached out to support about an issue with a player injury and didn’t expect much, but John actually reviewed it and helped resolve it fairly.

I appreciate sportsbooks that take customer concerns seriously. I’m happy with the service and will keep using the platform.

Also, I withdrew money recently and it hit my account within a few hours.

I believe it has potential to be a great betting platform for beginners and experienced users

Legit app, been using for a while and it’s being very good to me, had some minor issues but I contacted their support team and they helped me solve my issues fast and quick, they’re also very fair with the odds. Withdrawal process is quick too, obviously if you try withdrawing at midnight it’ll take a bit longer because it goes through a review process by their team. 5/5 star for sure in my opinion.

The only Onyx Review you’ll need:

1. Definitely thought this book was a bit sketch as first. Was looking specifically for a book to place player prop type bets, as PrizePicks,Underdog, Betr, etc are all complete scams when it comes to odds. Stumbled upon Onyx and their odds are the most comparable to actual sportsbooks like DK and FD.

2. Live betting actually works. You can expect to be limited on certain bets but that’s normal.

3. You can parlay just about anything.

4. And the scariest part of all whenever starting with a new book - withdrawing. Took about 2 business days for it to hit my bank account but this was the final step i needed before giving a review.

Highly recommend this book.

I accepted their promo. Spend 10$ and get 100 in bonus bets. I loaded the 10$. I then placed a 10$ bet. Lost the bet. I received nothing. This was almost a week ago today. They have no way to get in direct contact with them. Sums up how they plan to fix any problems. Definitely better options out there. I wouldnt waste your time on this one!

The proceeds from depositing to withdrawing has been very seamless and also VERY QUICK.
I was able to verify my account in a very timely manner. From placing bets to live odds to the props this website offers is exceptional. The promo they have as well for joining is also a plus! I am thankful for finding Onyx!

For those struggling with their account they should just reach out to support as support responds in a very quick timely manner, also is very helpful, & is a real representative - I had the pleasure of messaging Pau & not only did he answer all my questions but he responded very quick. I was very impressed.

This sportsbook is absolutely great! Had a issue at first getting verified but i contacted support and they got back to me very quickly and helped me get my account fixed. Being able to talk to a actual person to get everything resolved was a relief. The app is very easy to use and has a great promotion!! Also, a big reason for my 5 stars is when I did win and went to withdrawl my money to my card. . My money was in my account within a few hours. Very nice platform! Ive never done a review but felt the need to leave one for this platform simply because of how good my experience has been with it.

Pretty good so far! Only did 4/5 because sometimes when I’m trying to put a play together, it’ll just disappear or close out and make me restart. Other than that, it has been an amazing experience! They paid me out on a stat correction that was fixed from the night before! Great support team too!

After reading the other reviews and my issue don’t even bother with this crap. I can’t even verify bc the webpage doesn’t load correctly on iPhones. Other users say they suspended their accounts saying they couldn’t verify after the deposited miney

Customer support would not respond my account can’t even be verified it keeps asking for a SSN verification which i provide and the same error pops i have $600 in my account just stuck that i can’t widthdraw stay away

They said they can't verify my account could I send them proof, so like a dumbass I send them my driver's license and they email me back and said thank you for the verification but we still can't verify your account, and these reviews on here are either bots or someone who is from that company...it's bs

I spoke to 3 different rwps about some issues that I had. Which I can understand from it being a new app. All 3 reps were very helpful and quick. They resolved the issues I had. So far its been a good sportsbook!
