Very impressed with the high level of service and instant communication. Ordered a device and arrived in under 24 hours. Also couldn’t find the specific device available anywhere and Ooodles had it.

First class service phone dispatched…
First class service phone dispatched the next working day after all checks are done. The only thing that went wrong was the delivery service by DPD that sent my phone to the wrong sorting office delaying my delivery but this is nothing to do with Oooles. I would recommend this company to get your new phone. AAAAA *****

The other reviews do no match my experience
Ordered on a Wednesday evening online, expecting Friday delivery as promised; completed all the necessary ID checks on Thursday morning and on Friday received an email to say that they were trying to call to confirm the order. Confirm it? It was confirmed online. This is nonsense. What was meant to be Friday 'next day' delivery looks like it is not coming at all. They do not answer questions in the email thread. Most odd customer services experience ever... definitely a company who appear to over-promise and under-deliver in my personal experience. Perhaps they will fix the situation, but I am not particularly hopeful.

Ooodles is regulated by the FCA, and to protect our customers (and ourselves) from identity fraud, we do a soft credit check prior to renting out items.
We also confirm your order after you apply, for the same reason. It is possible that there is a mismatch between the information you provided in your application and the information credit agencies have on record which caused the delay.

What a service! Quick, easy and effortless! The Ooodles model is perfect for my growing tech business and allowed us to replace a stolen MacBook in next to no time. Communication was on point from the start, keeping me informed of every step and the MacBook was delivered to my address the next day!
