Don't waste your time and money.
No Communication
Just not worth the stress and hassel.

Bought two "air essentials" jumpsuits for $84. What I got was cheap see-through material, no tags on the items (possibly used) that came in a cheap plastic bag with Chinese writing on it. Double stitching everywhere and crooked seams, just the poorest of quality. I now realize that they stole pictures from the Spanx website and used the same color names of their Spanx brand in their advertisement to deceive you. Complete scam. They offered me $13 refund for my $82 purchase after making me jump through hoops to send documentation. OOTD Life uses other company names when you look at your purchase receipt, none of them are OOTD Life which is the company I thought I was purchasing from. Look for AZ Fashion, OOTD Life, Jessica Zhang. Just another Chinese fraudulent company.

This is the worst company they should be put out of business. I ordered something that looked like it was gonna be quality. The item wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t expensive either but you get what you pay for. I am furious. I’m trying to send it back as I bought two items And they are telling me that I can’t return it and now there’s no response.

DO NOT order anything from this company. No returns even though their policy says within 14 days. I was offered $7 for a $45 dress. They are a complete scam. Should be put out of business.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and none fit. They're of very poor quality also. I wish I had looked them up before I bought anything. They haven't returned any emails and I've sent 3 so far. Scam site. Cheap products.

This company is a SCAM!!!!!! Do not order from them. They will initially answer your email but then never answer again. I returned an item with all the information they wanted. Zoey emailed me to let me know that I would be refunded in 7-10 days and confirmed that they did recieved the item. 10 emails and 2 months later and no refund and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This company is deceitful and a scam. They take your money and never send your order, and they will not reply or respond to you when you try and find out why. Beware.

I purchased two pair of jeans that were too small based on their sizing. They arrived smelling like ocean water. Very salty. To return them I would have had to pay $65 to the post office. They offered me a $15 refund to keep them when I paid $75. I decided to wash them so I could at least try and sell them and I've washed them four times. They still smell like ocean water. At this point I now believe they were made with ocean items or something. Even the charge on PayPal was Sparkocean and not the company name.

Still no refund at this time.

Did not receive all of my order and they will not return my email inquiries. Of the 5 dresses that I did receive, only one fit. Very poor quality. Expensive lesson learned.

I ordered an asymmetrical dress, received two , opened one which was enormous. There was no procedure for returning so I sent it by post to the warehouse from which it came.
Since then I have been offered compensation of 4$, 6$, then 8$ US As £48 has been taken from my account it is hardly a fair deal.i advise people to steer of this company and its poor quality service’s

Dont Order anything..no response from Customer Service Till 3 Weeks.realy Bad

The worst customer service. My order came super late and was the wrong size. It takes weeks for them to rely to emails and now they are just ignoring me. If I could give them zero stars I would. Also, the items are nothing like they are in the pictures. So disappointed.

trying to get a refund for a pair jeans that was never delivered they dont answer back.
been sending emails and no still no reply but they have time to be posting on instagram !! horrible never ordering nothing from them again
