They steal from their customers but they do alot of advertising. They are the worst vape company out there.

I got an ooze pen for Christmas and after a month just started blinking green won't stop and won't work my friend got me another ooze pen and 3 days into using it won't stop blinking red and won't work these pens are garbage I'm going to buy a new one today and hope that it works better than these damn pens

Worst experience from ordering online in the 15 years I've been doing it. Order from literally any other online headshop. I paid double the price for expedited shipping so I could take my product on vacation with me over 3 weeks later, knowing their website claims a 1-2 business day turn around time to process orders. When it still hadn't been processed in a week, I thought ok maybe it's covid and sent an email saying I hoped everyone was healthy. The next week, after reading OOZE'S very long, detailed list of reasons why there is no excuse to not immediately inspecting your package, and losing any right to return it after after 24 hours for any reason, including being out of town. I sent a second email explaining my concerns and vacation dates, asking for it to be canceled if it can't arrive in time and I'd reorder when I got back. Still no response. It took another week and a promise to file a claim if they didn't either send my order or refund it. Then, it all would have worked out, but they didn't send it through the expedited shipping that I paid extra for (that cost as much as the actual product), but the slowest-USPS shipping option available that would have been free. It's scheduled to come in the middle of my vacation and I never heard a word from Ooze. Hopefully, they respond to my request to refund the difference in shipping cost so I don't have to fight for that too. Frankly though, go ANYWHERE else for your online headshop.

Broke after a month. And I can't reach customer support to replace it or get my money back. I will never buy from them again.

Do not buy this crap. Absolute garbage works for about a week and then will stop charging. Buy anything else and you will be better off

Ooze Novex - Panther Black battery design is flawed and failed miserably. The 501 threads just untwisted and came out of the poly casting. full disclosure, they did offer to send a new one at a $8.95 shipping cost, but the failure of the design would have occurred exactly as before so I passed. i told them to keep the battery and that was the end of the transaction.

Waited Multiple Business days for them to ship an order. NO PHONE SUPPORT. EMAIL GETS NO RESPONSES. I sent them a ticket and asked them to update my order status, they CREATED A USPS LABEL AND THEN IGNORED ME. It still hasn't shipped and I'm stuck sitting here waiting for a response or for USPS to actually pickup the item. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

I'm 10/25/2021, I purchased a 650 ooze pen battery and charger. From the day I received it I have not been able to get it to take a charge. The charger always is red even after 24 hours of charging and after disconnecting the battery and connecting a cartridge all it does is Flash white and red with a little bit of blue in there. I have been trying to contact OOZElife.com but to no avail. I have no recourse except for leave a very bad review. I hope they will get back to me and make this right. All I want is a replacement. But if you plan on ordering from OOZE I would suggest you research them and draw your own conclusions. Just be warned. I finally did have Charlie from customer service get back to me. They replaced my battery and charger. Said they will send UPS label to send the other one back. Received the replacement and it worked for one day. I am done with this company they are not anyone you want to do business with. So just beware when you buy.

I never got my package it said it was on the truck but now it says waiting for scan. I've sent many emails trying to get ooze to help but nothing it's been a week since it was suppose to be delivered. this is so unprofessional.. I'll never buy another thing from ooze and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family the same.

I have had three pens. Two broke. One within a month of purchase from a shop. Of course i didn’t save receipt. Why would i expect it to break so fast?! Ooze has ignored my request to replace it via their site. It says it’s $6 shipping without proof of purchase. Lifetime guarantee doesn’t matter if they won’t help get issue fixed. I’m never buying their products again. I have one left. I’m looking at better products. Ooze is garbage to me. Not worth the money. I’m just going to buy something better that’ll last. This is too much a headache.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Bought my first pen and it worked for a week. Bought another one, it worked for 3 days. Customer service is non existent and their products are clearly defective. Buy another brand, this one is not well made.

wish i could do neg 10 stars..ooze novex SUCKS..plus there warranty is worse then my spelling..never had an ooze last longer then a month..even as just back up it FAILS..my novex came broken ..i got it to kinda work for 1 month then its trash like my other 2 ooze crap..i see why cig shopper carries them cause they dont have to TAKE THE JUNK BACK..never EVER BUY ANY OOZE TRASH..BETTER TO WAIT OR GO WITH OUT..THOUGHT THREW ONLINE MAYBE BETTER BUT JUST TRASH ..PLUS TRY AND RETURN ONE..

I have been through 2 booze twist pens and 4 smart charger's in less than a month they either want charge or just didn't work poor products in my opinion.

I had issues when trying to register the product warranty of (2) vape pens that I purchased, and I have to wonder if this is to deter customers from registering their products so that the company doesn't have to be responsible for warranty claims.
First, the directions on the physical packages indicate to navigate to a specific url to reach the product warranty page. The page that this takes you to makes it hard for consumers to easily locate the next step, nowhere on the directions does it say that you need to additionally click on customer service tab and navigate to the warranty page, this should be made much more easier to locate for customers that think they are being instantly routed to the warranty page when they follow the directions on the packaging.
After locating where the *actual* registration page is, I attempted to register two vape batteries, but shocker, I kept receiving a message on the site saying that the product warranty numbers I was entering was invalid. Additionally, the form requires users to enter their birthdate. This can only be done by clicking the year button backwards in a month-to-month fashion, hence requiring hundreds of clicks to reach the correct year. This could be easily solved by allowing users to select a year from a drop down menu or allowing for a text field that one can enter a year into. The website is extremely poorly designed overall, I'm not sure if this is a result of inadequate website designers or a purposeful move by the company to deter people from registering the products but hopefully ooze makes this right, I don't want to bother buying things from companies that require me to jump through so many hoops when simply registering a product. I did manage to receive a message back from customer service but I probably won't be buying anything from this company for some time.
