Als je luisterboeken wil luisteren, je hebt bij een premium abonnement niet genoeg uren om een boek te luisteren.
Je kan je abonnement uitbreiden, met 10€ pm, maar daar kom je er ook nog niet mee. En als je nog een boek wil luisteren, helemaal niet.
Of, beter kopen.
Of, beter ergens anders kijken voor luisterboeken, bijvoorbeeld de bibliotheek!!!

Spotify web crashes every 5 minutes or so, making it impossible to listen to songs. This has been going on for weeks. None of the basic fixes worked. Basically, I'm paying for nothing.

Well done for making the most unusable service without premium.

I didn't add a card to my account, but the last card I used was charged. Besides, technical support just takes people's time.

Immer wen ich etwas abspielen möchte, in meinen fall ein höhrspiel(ähnlich wie potcast) Springt spotify mind. 7 titel weiter und ich kann was da zwischen passirt nicht höhren. ich habe sogar premium und die datein runtergeladen und es funktonirt trodzdem nicht. 2 sterne stadt einen da man immer noch musik höhren kann.

I was sent an email by Spotify for a concert by an artist I follow ‘ Celeste’ including a photo of the artist and a link to buy tickets from Dice. As Celeste, is one of my favourite singers I duly bought two tickets but after listening to a link on the Dice website realised that this was not Celeste, the British singer but a heavy metal group with the same name. Dice refused to refund me the tickets and after writing numerous emails and live chats with Spotify they have failed to reply to my emails only sending me the standard replies. I would never have bought these tickets if Spotify hadn’t sent me this email with the wrong artist . I am really not happy and will now change my subscription to Apple Music .

open.spotify.com occasionally necessitates a refresh to operate correctly. Its Android application is unable to switch between two devices simultaneously connected via Bluetooth. Many niche songs that are available via Apple Music are unavailable via Spotify.

Have not been able to log into my account even with the useless fact sheets they send you. Spotify is not interested in fixing issues, but would rather not let you critics them on an open forum.

Spotify pays to have negative yet honest reviews about them on Apple Store. Frequently. That's why their rating is so high.

I can't see continuing to support or pay for a companies services. When said company continuously ignores constructive feedback and then even pays to have it removed.

They do not wish to solve any problems. They find it easier to pump ads in and more than likely use the ad-revenue to remove said negative but constructive reviews.

Problems:

- Doesn't listen to constructive feedback
- Silences constructive feedback
- High Frequency of ads played for extended periods of time; on top of screen ads.
- Has removed my review on the Apple store over a dozen times; I actually wish I was kidding, sadly I am not
-Undervalues artists users would like and instead promotes those that pay for advertisement in playlists
e.g Iggy Azalea being played for someone that listens to metal.

Amazing range of songs to listen too but too many adverts!

Best music site . It has over 2million+ songs and there are no bugs and everything is very cool must use it But why I don't know some people don't like it .
