Unfortunately, I fell for the same scam. Take a payment for the 3 day trial and bill me even if I cancel it within time.
Also note, you cannot delete the credit card from the account and it keeps saying cancelling on the account. So I won't know until next year whether the card will be billed again or not. I have had to cancel my card and get it completely replaced.
Support emails go unanswered. The head engineer even reached out to me to promote the business, but I replied and they did not engage.
I would avoid because of shady payment practices and an inability to remove your payment details from their website is worrying.
Opencase is great at giving letters/emails a review, but in actual law it performs poorly. Cost far exceeds the benefit.
Same experience as all the other reviewers here - this company is dodgy to say the least. As other has said, I also signed up for the free trial and was billed almost $1500. I had to get my bank to reverse the charge because there is no way to contact anyone from opencase - if you click on "support" on their website it just leads you to "book a demo" of their product. There is no customer support, no phone number, no email address, and if you check our their Facebook, it looks extremely shady and no one responds to any comments or DMs. Best I can work out, the AI does function but the entire set up appears to be a scam.
rude, vindictive. talks to you like you are a criminal. it would impose a premise and decline the premise itself imposed. similar to "I will not help you kill a person" while nobody every mentioned it. It's gaslighting in the most disgusting form. Stay away from this AI. It will insult your dignity.

An absolute fraud! They say, "Three days free, and then we charge you" and then attempt to steal over ONE THOUSAND POUNDS from your bank account! Thank God I read the small print and deleted everything. What a scam.
