Hi OpenGen team
Hi OpenGen team, I’m requesting help with a billing issue. I believed I was purchasing short-term access, but I was charged for a monthly subscription of around AED 100. I contacted support immediately and requested a refund, but it was declined. This amount is significant for me, and I would really appreciate a manual review or one-time goodwill refund. Could someone from your billing team please contact me privately? Thank you
