Claya failed to send refill order.When I called I was routed to a foreign call center. I was on the phone along time,asked unnecessary questions, routed again asked more questions and eventually sent the refill order.I completed the form per usual and sent.It was not received.I was finally forwarded another form which I again completed and it was finally acknowledged by Claya.This was th r first problem I have encountered, after months of no problems.

Well, if I have any questions, I get my answers. Our meetings are organized and to the point. I’m pleased so far with my experience with Claya.”

Everyone at Claya is so helpful and will assist you in any way possible. They are there for you whenever you need something, which I find very comforting and reassuring. I love Claya

As of right now, the video call went well and I am just waiting for my lab results to get back so that we can proceed forward to see if I qualify for the glp -1

I had a great experience with my Teladoc visit. The appointment was easy to schedule, the provider was on time, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I received clear guidance and treatment options. It was convenient and efficient.

Was not a waste of time.

a terrible company. worked for them for a limited period of time. poor communication. no respect for schedules. chaotic onboarding. sloppy. executives unwilling to help. seems to be run by inexperienced overly tech reliant B school grads flush with too much VC money and not enough commonsense/ humanity.

Michelle I. was thoughtful and efficient with our time. She explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgable and friendly.

Greet was knowledgeable and explained things well. I’m very excited to have the additional parts of the omedicarion like the NAD and B12. And it’s less expensive than other companies and you get more! I’m excited to try Agile.

The REPS are great to talk to and very helpful. I just get soooo many emails about appointments (when I have made appointments) and med refills (when I have refilled meds. It confuses me on whether or not its accurate and should I repeat.

Easier than I thought . The clinician explained the medication and what the next steps were .

I've left several messages asking for a leader to contact me regarding my experience with Open Loop Health. I was told a leader would return my call however to date nobody has reached out to me. My original call was on 12/22/25. I've made several calls since. Now I'm being told they have asked the pharmacy who dispensed the medications to reach out to me instead of someone from Open Loop contacting me. All around poor customer service with this company.

The scheduling via app is the most difficult I kept running into issues so I had to email to get an appointment scheduled.
Once I spoke with a professional provider it was seemless and easy. So 4 stars for that.

I had a great enrollment experience, and tele-health visit. The process was explained thoroughly as well.
The only negative feedback was the number of texts I received prior to my visit. It was ridiculous!

The incessant emails about the coaching are very annoying. Some of us don’t need coaching. We’ve just switched from another company and know how to use our medication and how to regulate our weight. Please look into not sending those emails when you are told a patient DOES NOT WANT COACHING.
