I emailed Openpay that a payment on…

I emailed Openpay that a payment on 23/11/2022 with the current credit card was not shown on my payment file I know I made a payment on that day and I want satisfaction knowing that was paid the person who that answered my phone call on 1/12/2022 could or wouldn’t understand my problem

Thanks for the review Graham. After looking at your account I can see a payment was not made on the 23rd and can see you also called and was made aware of this. You will not receive a payment confirmation if no payment is made. I hope that provides some clarity.

I loved that I could buy two new…

I loved that I could buy two new expensive dresses and pay for them over time.
The only thing I dislike is the $2 service fee every time a transaction is done.

Very convenient and really easy to use

Very convenient and really easy to use.
Always have the best service and notifications before a payment is due even know I missed a coup like of payments on time they were very understanding 😁

Great plans & very handy to use

Wonderful company

Wonderful company. I buy everything from openpay. It's so much easier with reduced down payments and an option of length of repayments.
Had a great time buying all my Christmas gifts.

Intrest free of headaches

Well it’s great to buy something and get easy installments at a time that you couldn’t afford it all at once even if the amount is small and with no interest that is absolutely insane & amazing 🤩.

Then one thing is fees on every transaction

Then one thing is the that every transaction has fees. Managing a transaction does not need fees every time.
