There was a leak on the Uncle Johns Blend, and the Micro. There's a company that sells a leak-stop which wraps around the surface of the top of the bottle and the lid. You guys should check it out. Also, it's kind of silly to only sell the kit of (6) without the Bulletproof-SI which is a necessary component in the basic & professional feeding chart. I'm giving 5 stars, because I got my garden underway, and I don't want to deminish your company. Thank you, -Z

My tent, light and all the other goodies came complete and on time. But my light looks like it was dropped. The corner is bent but it works. Overall they did great. Wish my light was straight but with all the stickers I got, maybe there for cover up? Bandaids

My package arrived before expected due date. Also everything was carefully packaged. Surprising to me is they contacted me to make sure I was satisfied with the order. First time that has happened.

I bought a Mars Hydro grow tent from Open World Garden because they have a store front phone #(707-229-1609). That means if you have any problems you have a lifeline for help & they match others prices. Try that with Amazon. From the time I placed my order to delivery was 8 days(outstanding). Unfortunately, 4 tubes were wrong. I called Jacob(owner)on Saturday and after our first talk I knew Jacob would fix my problems. We talked Sat, Sun, & Monday documenting my problem. Today is Tues and Jacob is sending me a tracking number of my replacement parts. I found Jake to be honest, helpful, and competent and a joy to do business with.That is why I will always buy my grow equipment from Jacob and Open World Garden.
