Do not go to opera in Arena di Verona due to heat. Water is taken from you when you go in, even at night temerature is still around 30c. First half hour we did see half a dozen people faint in our surroundings in the stadium.

I have used this company's services on a number of occasions over the years. They are not only trustworthy but also make booking events internationally so easy. Their communication has been flawless and while I hadn't needed any support in the past, I was recently in a serious car accident and could not make an event. Their kindness and support went above all expectations. I cannot recommend and thank them highly enough.

During our last trip to Italy, wife and I made last minute detour to Florence to catch the three tenors. We're glad we did- excellent vocals, selections, pianist, cellist, ballet duo... We make it a point to support live performances, and in this beautiful, intimate setting we were not disappointed. Operaticketsitaly made it simple to get tickets for the performance the next evening. In my rush I made a mistake by ordering twice the tickets needed- Operaticketsitaly corrected my mistake and promptly refunded the difference. Excellent customer service. We will definitely utilize them on our next visit.

Went above and beyond expectations when I wanted to change events last minute and they recommended an amazing event in the Anglican Church in Rome.

Fraud Company. Do Not USE

Their service fee is around a 20% markup of the original price of the ticket, which I have never seen so high before for any other service provider I have used in my life. I am not sure what warrants such a high price in service but I'll never be using this service again.

Don't waste your money and just go directly to the event/venue that you want to attend as it is far cheaper.
