Every single survey, I get approved and answer questions and then get disqualified near the beginning, which is really annoying. But, even more annoyingly, the most recent survey, I qualified, answered about 90% of the survey, was told to watch a clip of a trailer for Slow Horses TV series. Half way through the clip, it stopped and said I'd been disqualified. I contacted the Help Desk who were USELESS and just kept telling me you can get disqualified at any point, even at the end of the survey. So, what is the point in doing surveys if they take all your answers and then disqualify you, so they don't have to pay you!!

J'ai passé le même jour 2 commandes pour échanger 25 euros en bons d'achats pour chaque commande. Je n'ai reçu le lien que pour 1 commande, pas l'autre. J'ai adressé une réclamation. La réclamation me répond que ma demande a été traitée et qu'elle et donc close... alors qu'il ne s'est rien passé, rien n'a été fait C'est vraiment se f**tre de la g**ule du monde. J'ai dû renouveler la réclamation et je reste pour le moment sans réponse.

I did think Opinion Bureau were ok for a time. Granted they always took a long time to pay out, but I always received it in the end. Back at the beginning of January they sent me a request for me to validate my job with them, for which they would pay £10 into my account. I have emailed them twice now to ask when I will receive the £10 credit and both times I’ve been fobbed off with “Once we’ve reviewed it.” They seem very happy to take your data but then sit on it for a long time before doing anything. Probably the most unprofessional market research company I have participated in surveys for. They don’t seem to prescreen so you are often screened out and then take for ever to pay. They say they want professionals to take part but then aren’t professional themselves. Avoid!

non sei mai idoneo al sondaggio , in piu ti promettono un bonus di 14€ per aver finito un sondaggio video ma non ho ricevuto nulla!

Bemühen Sie sich nicht, die Umfragen von OpinionBureau auszufüllen, Sie werden spätestens am Ende einer jeden Umfrage rausgeworfen. Früher wurde tatsächlich mal die eine oder andere Umfrage mit Belohnung beendet, aber seit mehreren Monaten keine mehr.

It says the payment process is 10 working days, but I haven't received payment for 1 month, I contacted them via email but they didn't reply to the message.

I checked it with all the aspects.
The first backdraw, They mention that pay after 45 days, That never happens.Actually they don't pay at all, Whatever the option you try. PayPal isn't existent, Other all.tje options you see goes haywire.

Me and my team worked on it for three months, So.its final, Don't waste your time on such kind of rubbish things, You just fall.in the trap.of exposing your data with,their cookies tracking tour browser and not a single penny.

I have had the unfortunate experience of using Opinion Bureau, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing survey platform. I would strongly advise against wasting your time with this service for the following reasons:

Firstly, their algorithms seem to operate in a completely arbitrary manner. I found myself being randomly kicked out of surveys without any plausible reason. It was incredibly frustrating to invest time answering questions, only to be abruptly removed from the survey without any explanation. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling undervalued as a participant.

To add insult to injury, Opinion Bureau decided to block my account and notifications without even bothering to inform me. It was only when I reached out to their helpline for clarification that I received a cold and impersonal reply stating that my account had been rejected. The lack of transparency and communication from their end was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

Furthermore, I strongly suspect that Opinion Bureau intentionally blocked my account to prevent me from earning the minimum amount required for cashing in. This behavior is not only unethical but also demonstrates their disregard for the participants who contribute their time and effort to their platform.

If you're looking for reputable and reliable survey platforms, I would recommend exploring alternatives such as Branded Survey or the LifePoints panel. These platforms have established a good reputation for their transparency, fair treatment of participants, and reliable payout systems.

Opinion Bureau's random survey removals, lack of communication, and suspicious account blocking make it an unreliable and frustrating platform to engage with. Save yourself the frustration and explore more reputable alternatives for your survey needs.

every time survey stucked. needs to wait for better luck. you can easily earn 250 after attempting 1000000 surveys within 5 years....hahahhahaha

They unsubscribed me and refused to send my payout which they probably weren’t going to do anyway. No big loss except a waste of my time. Avoid…

Anche io mi trovo nelle condizioni di altri utenti... All'inizio riesci a fare alcuni sondaggi, poi alla soglia del premio sei improvvisamente non idoneo per nessun sondaggio. Anche io fermo a 9 euro (la soglia è 10) da oltre un anno. Sarà un caso? Forse. Sarà una strategia per non pagare? A voi la risposta.

An update on my last post opinion bureau is now the worse survey platform

I have now closed my account with them owing my £50 which they have not paid me and hardly any responses from the customer service teams and any responses you do get are quick short answers which are no help whatsoever

A discussing site that needs to go. Anyone thinking to join this don’t bother you’ll simply waste your time and get nothing in return

The redemption process is painfully slow. It will take more than 30 days to receive the gift card and they won't reply to any support tickets.
