Tried to redeem my rewards but the amazon vouchers are out of stock!

The opinion panel has been brilliant. I have no complaints what so ever about the surveys or the process.

It takes some time to complete each review. But it is worth it. I have already got more than £100 in the past two years.

This is a good community, I can gain a lot here, with a small amount of time, to earn vouchers, so I can buy what I like in the mall. I wonder how to get more research

A reliable way to earn Amazon vouchers as a cash strapped student, however often get stuck just below the payout threshold of £25 by usually a pound or less for several months which is somewhat frustrating.

Their payment are fast and reliable but barely get surveys weekly

Access denied on survey
I was able to login and complete part of a survey that looked interesting, however half way through the survey it stopped working.
I got in contact with the opinion panel community help and told that what had happened.
They were able to respond very quickly in the next couple of days explained that they had had tech look into the issue and they couldn't find anything wrong with the survey. Due to this issue seeming to be on my end they were able to resolve it by adding the points onto my account without question.
They were very quick at responding, helpful and able to offer on what had happened.

I love getting rewards after doing surveys!

I've been filling out surveys for almost 8 years now and on average received a £25 gift card each year, which in all honesty, you can't complain about. I've found the majority of the surveys that are emailed to me are of good quality and don't require hours to complete. My only bugbear is that if you don't attempt to fill in the survey within the first 24 hours of it being sent to you, it will say they've already received enough responses. So I guess it pays to be quick off the mark. I only wait sometimes to find the time to fill in the surveys as they may say "10 minutes to complete" but this is never the case and will always take 2 or 3 times the advertised time. Especially if you select "Yes" to every question because then that will incur more leading questions that makes it even longer to complete. I've only ever once experienced one inaccessible survey due to my screen magnification software, which I use because of being registered blind. All in all, it's a nice little way to earn some vouchers to treat yourself with.

I would participate a lot more but I never ever get sent surveys. And when I do they aren’t applicable for Northern Ireland. It’s so so annoying

Love the surveys i get. I have alot of screenout. But when i get survey that is compatible then i receive my points and the rewards. Wished more surveys available.

In the last few surveys I've done, I completed 98% of the survey to then be told "I am not suitable for this survey" and therefore don't get the reward. Basically taking most of my answers and personal information but don't want to reward me at the end. Disappointing!

Easy to understand, if a bit outdated interface, but overall a good experience and they pay out quickly enough

I find the surveys very interesting and varied. The articles are informative and helpful. Whenever there has been an issue with surveys etc the team have always been extremely helpful in sorting it out, appreciate that.

I finally won my voucher after months or surveys but was a confusing process to actually claim, wish this was made simpler.

Great and easy surveys. Reliable.
