I have been taking surveys for a long time. Now they want me to send a copy of an ID AND take a selfie to verify my ID. I am all for verifying my ID but I do not have a cell phone and the few people I know who have one say no, I cannot use their phone to take a selfie. They are trying to keep their number private and don't want it out there since companies do sell your info and number. Opinion world says they will respect my decision not to verify but that is not true. They do not respect me for not doing a selfie. It is unreasonable for any company to assume everyone has a mobile phone. I do not have a cell phone but Opinion World is not willing to work with me to prove who I am. It is either do the selfie or goodbye.

Becarefull of this scammer syndicate. This company asking to send your data to sell to scammer

I was attempting to redeem my rewards which I have done effortlessly in the past. They asked me for my cellphone number and I passed verification. I was shocked when they then asked me for ids issued by the Indian government in order to redeem my rewards. I refused as this is a violation of privacy and data.
I seriously believe that they should not be allowed to conduct operations any longer and the EU should look into this predatory behavior. This is nothing short of blackmail. STAY AWAY

Opinion world is a great company to do surveys with, they have a great staff

Their surveys are good, but offers and customer service are terrible. For starters, the offers has issues where you've completed the task using all the steps required and don't recieve any reward. Their customer service is just AI automation which just puts you in an endless loop of 'give us some details and we'll resend you the same message as before!'. Seriously, would only recommend doing their surveys and nothing more, everything else is a scam. They do payouts but their app and subscription offers are a SCAM.

I love doing the surveys. I find the questions interesting, And I get an insight into what they surveyor is researching.
I know I do not qualify for all.
Sometimes I bomb out very late in the piece and thankfully support are there to assist and help.

I had a problem, contacted them, anthe response was very timely. The problem with the survey was resolved

I earned 3,025 points (about $50) on OpinionWorld through genuine survey participation. My account was permanently suspended because my verification upload didn’t go through properly — a technical error, not dishonesty.

I immediately offered to provide correct documents, but support refused, stating that verification can only be done once. This means all of my time and effort has been wiped out without any fair chance to fix the problem or receive the rewards I legitimately earned.

This policy feels extremely unfair to honest members. Blocking access to earned rewards because of an upload issue benefits only the company and undermines trust in the panel.

I have escalated this to Dynata (OpinionWorld’s parent company) but so far no willingness to resolve it. If this is how they treat genuine participants, members should be cautious.

OpinionWorld is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I completed the Nemo Money offer exactly as required I registered as a new user, made a deposit, and completed a trade. I also submitted clear and valid proof of completion.

Despite this, I have not received any reward. Their support team only tells me to wait up to 90 days, with no real explanation or guarantee that I’ll get what was promised.

This is not a technical delay it’s a failure to fulfill their commitment. They profit from users completing offers but don’t deliver the promised incentives.

This is unacceptable. Users deserve transparency and fairness. I’m sharing my experience so others won’t fall into the same trap.

Avoid this platform. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had an issue with a survey that didn't compensate me for time spent completing it in its entirety. Contacted OpinionWorld and received notification that compensation had been awarded for time spent completing the survey. Thank you for your help and cooperation regarding this matter.

After weeks of time consuming reviews taking it all very seriously I had accumulated enough points to get $40 that would equate to about $1 per hour, but when I tried to redeem my points the site stated I had not been vetted yet. Wait 72 hours. Tried again in 4 days same, 4 more days same. Its a scam. I cant believe the Survey Companies can stoop so low. I am going to compile a list of the actual survey companies now and start a campaign against them. seems OpinionWorld is just a conduit to rip us off. Don't waste your time

What made my experience great is receiving a varied range of survey topics 7 days a week and being able to redeem my points easily. I have been an OpinionWorld survey taker for a few years now and I'm still happy with the survey procedure and different topic surveys that are offered. I also take surveys with Valued Opinions and am grateful I have this opportunity also.

I had signed up & completed many surveys, probably around 30. However, when I wanted to claim my rewards, I was then informed that my account had been permanently suspended. The reason I was given was, that, “You did not pass our verification process”. So, you mean to say, after completing all those surveys, only then I am being informed of this? Why couldn’t they inform me from the beginning? Why allow me to complete all the surveys & only when I decide to claim my rewards, I am being informed of this? This basically can be considered daylight robbery. I have done my job but did not get paid. No further explanation even when I queried. Really disappointing, when people are genuine.

Sometimes I'm annoyed when the surveys I'm taking say that I'm not the targeted group of people

another survey company using this ridiculous veriff wanting personal documents for some rewards you earn on their site getting really fed up with these companies doing this now and have cancelled my account i will not give my documents for a survey site its crazy just glad i didnt have many points on there to lose you survey companies are going to go out of bisuness if you keep doing this people do not want to give such personal documents your not a bank or something even they dont ask for that info

I am using it for one month now. I’m already a gold rank, I am loving it. Already cashed the mastercard card. It is really easy to get the rewards and get points. I have used other surveys website and this one is the best so far. You won’t regret it, but keep in mind that you might get only one survey per day and during the weekends not a lot is available. Usually in the mornings is were most surveys are available.
No scam, really easy to use. And I do recommend 100%. I have nothing to complain about except that I want to do more surveys but that’s not up to them.
