Recently ordered my new sunglasses from here, and I am really happy with the quality of it. I’ve decided to get it quick with next day royal mail delivery, and arrived the next day without any issues.

Glasses are perfect the prescription is perfect and they were delivered quick and an excellent price very happy with both pairs of glasses that I purchased

Pretty good, didn't take too long. Glasses as requested as have had another pair in red, but I leant on them and they snapped. Bit disappointed a glasses cloth was not included!

The glasses are great exactly like in picture, described as large and it delivered its nice that all the frames have a a description of size to help you pick, I got ones with blue light filter and I don't see the difference between these and my old ones that I paid additional £70 just for the filter! I went with the " I don't know " option for distance between your pupils and they fit fine. Do recommend much bigger choice than other places.fast response over email.

The product is great got some lovely specs but I gave them 4* do to the lack of communication once the order is placed, That aside I would purchase from these guys again…

First time I purchased from Optical King was very impressed with the whole process . Plenty of choice and great value ordered two pair of sunglasses both fantastic quality , will be my first point of contact in the future and would recommend to family and friends .

This company is only interested in getting your money..there is no customer service or care after you have purchased the glasses. They send polite emails saying that they will look into ( glasses breaking after a short time) your issue then when asked about any warranty they say this…
After careful review, it appears that the hinge components and screws remain intact. The detachment is due to a fracture in the frame material at the hinge point, which is typically caused by mechanical stress in a high-load area rather than a manufacturing defect.
Absolute nonsense.. I would not recommend this company at all

Snail slow shipping sent on last possible day. One of the pairs had wrong prescription. Return process not efficient. Have to wait now for return to be accepted. Yet another delay and inconvenience. They should have offered speedy replacement.
Only positive is prices low. I would not use again

I placed an order on 19th February for two pairs of glasses. The website states a 14-day delivery time. That deadline passed with no delivery and no communication.

I contacted the company twice. On the second occasion I was given a specific assurance that my glasses would be posted that day and that I would receive a tracking number by the end of the day. Neither happened. This constitutes a misleading commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Following formal written complaints, I was eventually told today — over three weeks after ordering — that one parcel would be dispatched via Royal Mail 24. I had requested guaranteed tracked next-day delivery for both items. Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed service, and only one parcel was referenced despite my ordering two pairs. This represents a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe and in satisfactory condition.

I formally requested the company's registered company name, Companies House registration number, and registered office address on two separate occasions. Both requests were ignored. Under the Companies Act 2006 and the E-Commerce Regulations 2002, any business trading in the UK is legally required to display this information prominently. This company does not. That is not an oversight — it is a legal violation.

The company claims on its website to be UK based, however the complete absence of any verifiable company registration details raises serious questions about whether it is in fact a UK registered entity. Prospective customers should satisfy themselves on this point before ordering.

I would also strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to pay by credit card only. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, your card provider is jointly liable with the retailer for any breach of contract or misrepresentation on purchases over £100. This protection could prove essential here, as it has in my own case.

I have retained a full record of all correspondence and the matter is prepared for referral to Trading Standards.
