Recently placed an order for two products. What immediately stood out to me was the proactive attitude of the company; they reached out via email right after delivery to ensure everything was in order.

Unfortunately, one product was missing from the first delivery. After I replied explaining that an item was missing, they investigated the matter internally right away and I immediately received confirmation that the product would be sent out. The second part has since arrived in perfect condition.

I bought a Kahles 540i Refined riflescope and a Spuhr mount for it. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They have good stocks. In my country, many shops advertise this riflescope, but most of the time they don't have it in stock. I was personally answered very quickly to my questions. A positive surprise was also that they offered me a discount code on their own initiative. I can really warmly recommend this shop. Keep the prices competitive in the future and I will definitely do business with you in the future.

De Garmin Xero C2 had vertraging maar dit lag aan de vervoerder. Optics World nam contact met me op om te vragen of het pakketje goed was aangekomen en verontschuldigde zich voor de vertraging ondanks dat het buiten zijn schuld lag. Met de betere prijzen dan de concurrentie, kan ik ze zeker aanbevelen!

J'ai commandé une lampe pour pistolet difficile a trouver de stock en Europe (Surefire SC3). J'avais été prevenu que le délais de livraison pouvait être très long. Durant cette attente, les réponses à mes Mail ont toujours été rapides et détaillées. Les prix sont parmi les moins chères du marché. L'emballage de livraison est renforcé et donne confiance (les transporteurs étant souvent brutaux). Je recommande ce vendeur.
