I stopped using cable
I stopped using cable, including Direct TV, years ago. Since then, I have tried several different streaming services, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. What sets this particular service apart from the rest is their willingness and eagerness to help resolve issues. I have never gone without assistance whenever I've needed it. It's a comforting feeling when you're paying for a service. I also appreciate how they helped me streamline my options based on what works best for my area and my taste in programming.
